The spa was good and relaxing but the pricing was a little bit off the chart.

由上環到中環，因為老闆jan既熱情同一班有經驗美容師，一流環境同服務，我一直有買package keep住去都有三年，自從前年轉了老闆，但做開美容師同環境都冇變,我都有繼續去做facial ，因為疫情，事隔幾個月今次再去，已經面目全非，搬左去銅鑼灣，變成醫學美容，根本就唔係Spa，以前很好的美容師都不見了，更不是spa那種環境，我只是去做一個一個鐘massage,去到就話係同le spa合作，講左半個鐘先俾我入房，完成treatment 後又有人sell我renew,我拒絕了，又再來多一個人sell，最終一個鐘頭treatment ，我浪費了三個鐘才能夠離開!
真係好想退錢，但又投訴冇門，幸好錢不太多，希望盡快完成算了😡

Alert! Not a spa anymore!

Le Spa has unfortunately been sold out to Expert Medical which no longer offers professional spa experience. My spa visit was ruined by aggressive sales pitches before I can enter the treatment room. Most senior therapists are no longer around. The most relaxing and soothing atmosphere have gone, leaving just cold-blooded empty white walls. Needless to say, I was given another round of sales pitch when I leave. Extremely disappointing.

Best massage I had in Hong Kong!

I've been to Le Spa by Jan several times and had several different therapists. It's been always an experience. Nice place, very clean, no waiting time, extremely friendly staff, just the perfect place to give you some rest and have a relaxing time. The therapist that I can highly recommend is Annie. She really knows her job. I usually go with my husband and he also prefers Annie or Sophie as a therapist.
We can highly recommend the place. The appointments are always something to look forward to. Thank you! We'll be back soon.

Beautiful sanctuary on Stanley street, wonderful massage from Sophie I floated out of there! Mid range pricing and I shall be back.

received a body massage and a facial treatment

the body massage eased much of my muscle pain ,the Aqua RENEW moisturising facial worked wonder.I feel 2 years young in my look. The spa was clean n comfortable. Service was friendly, from the receptionist to the therapist and the manager. It was enjoyable to spend my afternoon there. Thanks to them.

I can see why Le Spa by Jen is the top rated spa in Hong Kong. I originally booked an aromatherapy massage but my masseuse Sophie encouraged me to change to a deep tissue massage because I had a very stiff hip. I am so glad I took her advice. I now have more movement in my hip and all the knots in the rest of my muscles dissolved under her expert hands. Outstanding.

A real gem in Hong Kong!

I am a huge fan of Le Spa. I don't know many or any other places that you'd be so relaxed in a crazily busy and stressful city like Hong Kong. The decor and ambiance are elegant and tasteful. Service and staff are uncriticizable. I'd seriously spend hours and hours here. The products they use are all top quality ones and I have total trust in this place. I did their Ciencia collagen magnetotherapy facial today. It was one of the best facial treatments I ever have done in my life. I've been lacking rest lately, I look extremely tired, dull and puffy. The 90-min treatment is a total game-changer, My skin is so moisturized, tight and lifted after the treatment. I highly recommend everyone to give this a try. You'd fall in love with this spa and everything they have to offer. They always deliver!

Ciencia collagen magnetotherapy facial

I found this non-invasive anti-aging facial treatment through a beauty booking app MindBeauty.

The environment and service of the spa is excellent.
The treatment was started with an Australian made medical skincare brand called Ciencia, followed by a magneto-therapy and hand massage. I especially like the magnet part, it is similar to the alternative medicine practice of electromagnetic therapy.

To the most impressive part is combination between the magnet, peptides (main ingredients of the skin care product Ciencia) and the professional hand massage skill which not only improves blood flow to body tissues, but also draw fresh oxygenated blood to the specific areas. I would highly recommend for those who are expecting an instant rejuvenated result.

The treatment was ended with a mask, neck and head massage. My skin was totally lifted and hydrated by only 75 mins! Worthy to try!
