床下有condom+垃圾，床上有蟲，窗臺邊仲過百隻，雖然比Alva平小小，但唔洗送蟲吓話，仲送用過既condom?同個經理講佢話冷氣蟲黎，酒店冇窗濕氣重係咁，有定期滅蟲架～（佢係咪想暗示我唔好彩我就唔知啦🤷🏼♂️）最尾成身痕退房錢即走，換房？No…la…你都講明冇窗就係咁，我點知下一款蟲你會唔會答我舊酒店係咁。
何況係佢既角度床下有condom 都唔係咩大事，連個值日經理都係咁既態度，咁清潔工係咩態度可想而知。

I opted for the relax massage at special rate for a 55 minute soothing massage after my long haul flight. It’s focus was mainly on back shoulders neck with arms & leg muscles too. It was not a gruelling punishing massage, more one to release the tension of the muscles after sitting on a plane for 12 hours. I had my massage the day after evening arrival and it set me up for the week.
There was also gym, steam room, sauna and jacuzzi available to use for free at any time in the week along with the pool.
They also allow use of the facilities to shower after check out if you have late flight home.

This is the absolutely the best thing you can do to after a long flight! I felt that every massage was basically the same, until I came here. I have never experienced such a great massage. The therapist knew the exact amount of pressure to apply to relieve all the tension in my muscles. I definitely be back the next time I am in HK.

I suffered lower back pain after long haul flight, I came across the spa and they recommended me to try their traditional thai massage, the therapist did a lot of work on my lower back,I felt so much better after the treatment, this spa is a must come back place for me.

Both my wife and I had the titled massage. Our Thai masseuse were very professional, and thorough. Will definitely come back for them as we asked and confirmed they were full time staff named Emma and Lily. Suggest you come early (30+ minutes prior) and relax in their facilities. Get your bodies ready in the steam room or jacuzzi before heading into the massage treatment.

豪華客房面河都不錯還蠻大間，價錢也親民，雖然離市區較遠，但樓下交通很方便有巴士到火車站，還可以搭巴士去西貢吃海鮮，整體來說交通方便，房間乾淨，樓下還有腳踏車道，可以租用類似Obiuk腳踏車騎，可以一路騎去海邊，單車又多還蠻方便的

My husband and I did a 55minute massage. We had different opinions about it, I thought it was good but he thought it was average and over priced. The lady I had was very attentive to areas I said were particularly tense and was very sweet. I would say however, there needs to be clearer instructions, we went in and were given a bundle of robes and towels and not much instructions except to get changed. After asking a lot, we got told to shower and put on xyz before proceeding, this lack of clarity obviously caused us to be late for our massage so we did not get the full time. It would also be nice if they had rooms so we could enjoy the massage together. The sauna, jacuzzi etc is included in the price though which is good!

價目表上招牌按摩，泰式按摩及中式推拿都是同一價錢。最後選擇做了一個55分鐘的招牌按摩，疲勞都消除了。
按摩房間舒適整潔，按摩師非常專業及很有禮貌。

I took the facial and massage package which comes with 2 face creams. I felt so relaxed that I fell asleep, surely that was a good sign!! My only suggestion about the treatment room is it should have blacked out curtains and noise proof windows as there seemed to be a celebration outside on the street with clambering cymbals Chinese music.
I particularly want to mention Belinda, who was working in the Spa, this was what I call Excellent customer service. The first time I used the pool she took me around and showed me the facilities. On my last day, I went back and enjoyed a 2hr spa experience and she was helpful again helping me with my bags to the changing rooms and I ended up lounging around in the sitting area before going to the airport.
