The Tsim Sha Tsui East Waterfront Podium Garden (temporarily renamed to Garden of Stars between 2015-2019) is a simple elevated city park located on the northwest side of Salisbury Road in TST. It is open 24 hours a day.
From 2015 to 2019 while the Avenue of Stars stretch of the TST Promenade was under renovation, this simple garden took on an important new function, becoming the temporary home of the popular statues and walk of fame handprints which were relocated here during that time. As such, many tourists came to the podium garden to see the Avenue of Stars attractions, especially the famous Bruce Lee Statue and handprints.
In early 2019, the Avenue of Stars reopened and the statues and handprints were returned to their original location on the promenade. At that time, the old TST East Waterfront Podium Garden reverted back to its more simple and quiet origins.
What you will find today is one remaining statue arrangement of a film crew. There are some benches facing the harbour which are nice. Others line a pavement with some typical landscaping and trees. There is a children's playground and tai chi area to the west in what is technically the Middle Street Playground. Other than that, not much to see here anymore for tourists. Best to just leave this one for the locals to enjoy and spend your time across the street on the promenade.

...over the harbour towards Hong Kong Island. Better than New York, Shanghai or Sydney, it’s the best urban view in the world in my opinion. And the subtle addition of the Bruce Lee statue and some famous local hand prints just top things off for tourists!

O Jardim das Estrelas fica ao longo da Avenida das Estrelas. É uma delícia caminhar aqui num dia com bom tempo. Aqui tem várias atrações e curiosidades. Gostoso admirar os elevados edifícios da Ilha de Hong Kong. Muitos turistas enfeitam este jardim e a avenida.

Была здесь 3 года назад и в этом году в октябре. Все изменилось. Но ничуть хуже не стало. Мне очень понравилось гулять по аллее и смотреть на шикарные виды вокруг, по примерять отпечатки знаменитостей. Рядом открыли шикарный торговый центр к11.

It is a place for expression of art and the wide Victoria bay skyline can be seen uninterrupted. The famous philanthropist and founder of this place -Anita and Bruce lee statues are located here. Umbrella vending machines and Lego statues are located here.

TST East station is the best one to take and look for the exit called “Hermès House” and you find the stairs upwards around the corner. Pass the children playground and you can’t miss it
