After a long flight to arrive in Jakarta from Europe with a toddler, I felt bloated and had very heavy and painful legs, so I decided to go to this spa.
The spa itself is wonderful, very clean, and calm, perfect to relax and detox your body and mind. But the treatment I had was amazing! The masseuse was very professional and kind, made me feel taken care of, and really helped with my pain. When I left, my legs were so light I felt I was floating in the air!

I was greeted by mba seni which was super helpful and she showed me around the facilities.
Got mba lilis as my therapist, was perfect!
Really enjoyed the Hydrotherapy area as well! ❤️
I had lotus room for the massage, just wish the room was darker but other than that everything was perfect !!
Will definitely come back !!!

Saya datang dengan membuat reservasi terlebih dahulu, karena sering tidak kebagian slot kalau langsung datang. Stafnya baik dan ramah. Tidak ada satupun yang tidak menyenangkan.
Saya ambil paket yang Indonesia Heritage dengan durasi 60 menit. Pijatan terapisnya bagus banget, tepat mengenai bagian-bagian tubuh yang memang sedang sakit/kelelahan, sampai saya tertidur pulas.
Untuk spa di hotel berbintang dengan pelayanan yang bagus, harga yang ditawarkan juga sepadan. Saya sangat merekomendasikan Raffles Spa.

I’ve just had a body scrub and urban stress reliever massage at the Raffles Hotel Spa.
It was the perfect de-stresser and relaxer after 3 intense days of meetings on top of a tad of jet lag still lingering from earlier in the week.
I liked the mix of calmness in the spa yet efficiency. It didn’t feel like smells, candles and music were there for their own sake, but just the right balance for a chill out atmosphere yet one that happened on time and without too much fuss.
Massage was great pressure and the scrub was really refreshing afterwards.
And if you have a drink afterwards, choose the ginger tea - it’s pure, with palm sugar and leaves your whole throat warmed and spiced up for a good few minutes. The little cookies with it felt like a real treat too.
And, at 1m rupiah for the whole thing, from a European perspective that’s amazingly good value for 90 minutes of quality treatment.

Our massage treatments start at IDR625++ and can go up to IDR950++ in price. There are a range of services available details of which you can find on website under the Spa page. Please note that we have a special offer of 50% discount from Monday to Thursday from 9am-6pm for a 60 or 90 minute body massage. I hope you find this helpful.
