Hi, 1. There are no restrictions on buying passes. 2. Yes, you can just show the email confirmation at cable car counter to get your actual printed tickets and then board the cable car to Sentosa.

Usually Dolphin Island is not included into day pass but you can at the of booking with your agent or at website. I would suggest you must go for Plat 5.
