Like any departmental stores in Singapore, they have many brands to choose from. Total 6 levels if I'm not mistaken, 2 levels for women's, 1 level for men's, 1 level for housewares, linens, 1 level for kids, 1 for perfumes and makeups.

Robinsons The Heeren is a shopping centre located on Orchard Road (easy access with MRT, station Sommerset).
Lot of luxury brands and beauty services for women mainly. Prices are quiet expensive and I found this mall without soul.
Plus not a lot of coffee shops in this mall.

If you want to go shopping in Singapore but you are on a budget then this is the place for you! They sell good quality items and most of the time they come out with good promos. They also have one of the best Japanese resto located at the B1 level

This is a department store much like Takiyashima across the street but not quite as big. I was looking for a new belt and found one I liked here and the price was good!

Bought a tie that crumpled easily and burnt upon ironing on the lowest heat setting. Service staff was rude and intrusive when I asked questions about the tie. Prices are far above the market for the quality that I've gotten. Tried to contact customer service but there was no response after three days. I hope nobody has to experience what i did.

サマセットとオーチャードの中間くらいにあるモールです。オーチャード通り沿いなので便利。1階に化粧品とかがあって2階にアパレル系があり日本とかと同じ構造ですね。ちょっと天井が低いので圧迫感があります。

Robinsons & Co. Pte Ltd is a retail company which has department stores in Singapore and Malaysia. I went there in 12/3/2019 . This place was great place for shopping,not much peaople into this mall opposite Takashimya the choice is great here for the ladies selection is just amazing, a bit on the expensive side. Find nice Cafe downstairs selling cakes and coffee. The staff nice and Helful. In my openion this place need renew and add more Brands.

I went to look specifically for something that none of the other Robinsons had and I got it. That is the good news. The not-so-good news is that the store is old and there's not much energy flowing around .. not my go-to spot. Robinsons at Raffle City has better ambience

I was at Robinsons Heeren household department last week waiting at the cashier to pay for my merchandise. I was alone and there were 2 separate cashiers at that time. One was doing wrapping and the other was doing some stocks, so i waited for either one of them to serve me. They saw me but they continued with their own stuff and ignored my existence. I waited for about 5mins before i asked if they were going to serve me.
Then one of them asked the other to serve me, and right in front of me she rejected and asked the other one to serve me instead !! I was totally appalled by the 2 cashiers attitude.
I left my merchandise on the counter and walked away since none of them were willing to serve me.
I have just recently terminated my OCBC Robinsons Credit Card because I didn't want to pay the annual fee of $190. Now I'm convinced I did the right thing to give up that Card.
Then one of them asked the other to serve me, and right in front of me she rejected and asked the other one to serve me instead !! I was totally appalled by the 2 cashiers attitude.
