Hi we used our travel guides travel passes he had 3 or 4 of them he said they were easy to buy and easy to use don’t know if that helps you

We visited Singapore in January and used the MRT system. We had the same difficulty. At the larger MRT stations Doby Ghat & Orchard to mention a few there is also a kiosk which is manned. we purchased our tickets there. they were really helpful

Yes you can use contactless cards on the SMRT I used mine for all my journeys last month

Your booking will have port of boarding nentioned in it. It will either be at Tanah Merah Ferry terminal or harbour front. Harbour front boarding port is near harbour front mrt. If it is tanah merah then you need to take taxi.
