Mi primer tour con ellos fue en el año 2016, y la experiencia fue tan bonita y enriquecedora que no dudé en volverlos a llamar este año, y wow, me sorprendió lo mucho que han cambiado para bien. Mi guía era venezolana - lástima que no recuerdo el nombre- y nos habló de Chile con tanta pasión y amor que terminó contagiándome esos sentimientos para con ese país extranjero. Mi niño llegó dormido a Valparaíso y el chófer se ofreció a cuidarlo mientras nosotros recorríamos las calles de la ciudad. En el bus ibamos 4 nacionalidades distintas y la guía tuvo el detallazo de amenizar el regreso a casa con canciones populares de cada uno de nuestros países.

Y la cena show, súper espectacular todo, salvo el ceviche 😅. El chófer también se lució con nosotros, súper amable y buena onda.

La verdad que todo el equipo de somos tour es lo máximo. Súper recomendados.

Vinícola cuidadosamente decorada
Excelente Tour. Vale a pena. Bons aperitivos e vinícola muito linda e cuidadosamente arquitetada. Infelizmente, no dia estava chovendo mas nem isso atrapalhou o passeio. Bons vinhos. Teve até um discurso agradável do Dono Sr. Andres. Muito conhecimento e experiência de vida.O Sr. Santiago deu boas explicações sobre o vinho, porém se via pouca paciência. Enfim, vale muito a pena.

Disorganization and neglect with 3 elderly women

In the voucher the tour was scheduled for 12:40pm, as no one got in touch to confirm, I sent a message asking, this on the day of the tour at 10:30am. They informed me that the tour would be at 2pm, which already caused some inconvenience, as we already had an appointment at the end of the day. We are 3 ladies, over 70 years old. Arriving at the winery, the guide stopped the car in the parking lot, far from the entrance and told us to walk there. Why didn't you leave us at the door???? 3 elderly women... He stayed in the car and didn't even walk them to the door. When we got there, there were no reservations in our names. I had to walk back to the car to ask the guide to help us. The winery continued to say that there were no reservations, the guide made several calls, until after 45 minutes, we managed to enter and join a group that was already visiting. And when I questioned it, they said that this was the way the company worked.

Tive grandes dificuldades de comunicação. Eles não informavam quando iam pegar no hotel. Teve um dia que me informaram 20min antes. Um absurdo. Um dos meus passeios foram cancelado. Tive uma grande dificuldade de retomar o valor novamente

Sunset Vinícola
Uma experiência única de 4h de duração. Onde é contado a história da vinícola e dos vinhos que tomamos. Servido no início um vinho de entrada com uns aperitivos, a taça fica sempre cheia, e a tábua de frios eles repõe também caso acabe. Mudamos de ambiente e é servido outro tipo de vinho, depois em outro ambiente outro vinho. Após servir e explicarem sobre o vinho, nos deixavam sempre um bom tempo a vontade para degustar e curtir o momento. O tour é finalizado com um último vinho que, somente este não tem reposição, a refeição não gostei muito, bem fraco. Mas no geral acho que valeu muito a experiência. Eles produzem vinhos excelentes.

Minha experiência com a somos tour foi ótima, indico a todos quando for fazer um passeio faça com essa agência, fui para o valle nevado, el colorado e farellones, foi tudo no horário a guia e o motorista muito legais, tivemos um problema mas erro meu e a somos tour conseguiu resolver tudo, tenho muito agradecer por te feito meu dia e da minha namorada perfeito, muito obrigado.

O lugar é simplesmente divino. Acolhedor. Vinho a vontade durante toda estada no local, porém tanto os petiscos, que foram servidos apenas uma vez, quanto o jantar deixaram a desejar.
