This mirador is a must visit for new Valparaíso visitors for a view of the port and the entire city. However, you must be prepared to walk up via the stairs since the Artillería elevator that reaches this place is no longer in service. This is right next to the Navy museum.

Trata-se de um local bem agradável. Há restaurantes simples, mas bem aconchegantes. Preste atenção antes de pedir a comida, uma vez que geralmente "1 prato" pode satisfazer 02 pessoas. No local há várias feiras com bastante artesanato. Não achei o preço tão alto assim. Recomendo.

Lugar con un encanto especial, mucha artesanía de todo tipo, museo naval al lado para ir. Si tienes la suerte puedes ver cruceros gigantes y cargueros. Te recomiendo dar vuelta en bote por la misma bahía que ves en este mirador a 4 mil por persona, lo tomas en el puerto. Lugar muy bonito y limpio que beber visitar!!!

Tiene una de las mejores vistas de la bahía de Valparaíso. Mucha gente lo escoge para observar el espectáculo pirotécnico de fin de año. Tiene una feria artesanal donde puedes llevarte hermosos recuerdos del lugar. Se puede visitar el museo naval al cual se puede llegar en ascensor y recorrer un poco de la historia del país. Muy recomendable.

We were recommended to visit this plaza but didn't really see much value to site. There is a view of the city but mostly it was a area with tacky tourist items.

You can have a nice walk and see an upper view of the port of Valparaiso. It is a public place and you take a nice picture of it. If you like boats and ports, you can enjoy and take a peak on the process.

Walk over the ‘boulevard’ you got an awesome view overValpraiso and the Puerte (harbor). Sit at a bench and take a good look. It’s worth it!

The view of this area is over the top with old homes fro the past the landscape and flowers are a thing of beauty walking thru the streets and down the hill from the million dollar view we were going to take the signature funicular elevator but was closed because of protesters so we walked to the bottom to see the heart of the city
