Netter Escape Room der ersten Generation

Während unseres kurzen Aufenthaltes in Plowdiw wollten wir es uns nicht nehmen lassen, auch ein Escape Game zu spielen. Aufgrund der vielen guten Bewertungen entschieden wir uns für Domus Rebus und den Raum House of Cards.

Der Empfang war freundlich und zuvorkommend, die Erklärungen auf Englisch gut verständlich und dann ging es auch schon los.

Thematisch beschäftigte sich der Raum mit der Geschichte von Plowdiw und allen möglichen Arten von Karten. Man merkte schnell, dass dies ein selbst gestalteter Raum war, weil alles in Handarbeit gestaltet wurde. Die Rätsel waren linear aufgebaut und leider nicht sonderlich schwer. Im Grunde genommen war fast zu jeder Zeit klar, was wir zu tun hatten. Auch gab es lediglich normale und Zahlenschlösser, keinerlei andere Mechanismen, wie es in aktuelleren Räumen mittlerweile normal ist.
Leider kamen auch die Tipps öfters sehr schnell, sodass man kaum Zeit hatte, auch mal etwas rumzuprobieren.

Die Herausforderung war letztlich lediglich die Fülle an Rätseln, die erledigt werden musste. Trotzdem schafften wir es zu zweit den Raum rechtzeitig zu verlassen. Allerdings weiß ich nicht, wie man hier mit mehr Personen spielen soll, denn während man ein Rätsel löst, kann leider nichts anderes derweil erledigt werden.

Insgesamt war der Raum House of Cards bei Domus Rebus ein nett gestalteter Raum der ersten Generation mit sehr vielen Schlössern. Wer schon etwas Erfahrung mit Escape Games hat, könnte hier etwas enttäuscht werden.

Quel bon moment !

Excellent escape game ! Nous avons tout d'abord été très bien accueilli. Après une discussion fort sympathique et une introduction, nous voici emmené vers une découverte de l'histoire de Plovdiv et de la Bulgarie au travers d' 1 heure intense (un peu plus pour nous....) de résolution d'énigmes de réflexion ou de manipulation.....
La bien nommée salle "House of Cards" nous a fait passé un très bon moment !
Merci pour votre gentillesse et votre aide....
Je recommande vivement cet escape game !

Amazing Experience

The second room we visited is extremely exciting and interesting, great mysteries, highly highly recommend. The best Escape room in Plovdiv, by far! Also great and welcoming staff. The 2nd room, however, is not for beginners, so you should start off with the first one.

Best escape room

I visited this escape room with my girlfriend, I had only been to one before and she had visited a few more. We both are big fans of escape rooms and when we found this place, we did the Paris themed room. The riddles were all quite clever, it was challenging as we were just two however this was the best escape room we both had been too. The theme was very nice and it was also quite exciting. We just ran out of time at the last riddle so we almost made it but it was a lot of fun!

If you're looking for something fun and different to do with your besties, you should definitely try this game! It's a wonderful way to spend some time together working in a team, doing logical puzzles and brain games. There are lots of escape rooms out there, but this one is one of the best I've tried. They will also personalise the game for a special occasion, e.g. birthday, marriage proposal, etc. Friendly people and amazing atmosphere. Highly recommended!

It was one very fun and unique experience. I have been wanting to visit such a room for a long time and it turned out it was even better than I imagined! The girl that greeted us and worked with us throughout the mystery solving was extremely nice. I wanted to do something different and this was great, so I definitely recommend it and can't wait to go there to solve the other rooms.
