Disappointed

The service was disappointing overall, except for a staff member named Ali, who noticed me on my way out, as seen on the photo. The rest of the team seemed uninterested and failed to offer any explanations or assistance. I had hoped to buy something from the gift shop but wasn’t able to. As a traveler who enjoys engaging with staff to learn more about the history and exhibits at museums, I was left feeling let down by the lack of interaction here. It was a frustrating experience.

Ahmed and Sarah were excellent presenters. They were friendly and well informed. I learned a lot about the culture and the breakfast and Coffee were good. I will tell a friend to visit this place.

Great learning experience and positive attitude at culture centre
I had the pleasure of interacting with Amanda at the cultural center in Dubai, and she truly made my experience unforgettable. Her deep knowledge of the local culture and history, combined with her warm and friendly approach, created an inviting atmosphere for everyone. Amanda went above and beyond to ensure all our questions were answered, and she made the experience engaging and enjoyable. Her passion for sharing the rich heritage of Dubai is evident, and it made the visit even more meaningful. I highly recommend anyone visiting the center to seek her out for an exceptional and enlightening experience!

Just walked in and were free to explore inside!

Excellent tour with Abdullah

The tour was fantastic as well as the food. Our guide Abdullah was exceptionally patient and answered all our questions perfectly! The experience was super interesting and he was very knowledgeable.
