The spa looks great and the facility is very nice. HOWEVER the therapist was extremely unskilled: on a 3 hours massage package I got, she spent most of the time simply rubbing oil on my body. There was no technique, or frankly any sense in her massage. At the end of the treatment, the therapist gave me a 5 min sales pitch about products she used and pushed to buy. Horrible experience. Extremely disappointed, as I asked to speak with a manager but no one followed up. Dubai offers a great variety of good massage places and SPAs. My recommendation is to AVOID sensasia.

Hi there.. this spa gives a chance for all preggy mommy to get their massage. Ms kai is an amazing massage therapist. Thankyou sensasia spa ♡ loved it!!! Hope to come again

I have been to your spa many times, at Emirates golf club as well as another branch in Souq Al Mazil, to be fair the quality of your spa use to quite stable,
Therefor I choose SensAsia again today, please be aware the price for one hour massage is USD 100 AED 375 and there is No steam room, No sauna, No Jacuzzi or any other spa normally have facilities, other than massage.
Here is my experience for you to consider my experience as a customer
1. No oil selection to choose before your spa therapy, you use to have four different oil for customer to choose, this is to consider everyone has different situations, if one has allergy etc. this is also a very normal procedure in a spa before the therapy, pay this price for massage only and there are no oil selection for you to choose? really?
2. The cushion at the resting area is gross, the one for you to put your leg on it, it is Black in the middle of the cushion, looks like oil and something mix together and never been washed, I look around, they have four resting couch, and every cushion for legs are the same, same black spot in the middle of the cushion, the area for you to put your leg on, I didn’t bring my phone that’s why I couldn’t take pic, I am honest to you, it was disgusting, you may ask me why I didn’t brought my phone out and take the pic? well at that moment I said to myself, don’t be picky, its ok, it’s ok.
3. I took shower after massage and the water is hot and cold, it was not stable, so I said to myself again, please don’t be picky, its ok, it’s ok.
4. After shower I couldn’t find hairdryer, I wrap myself with a towel and running to the reception asking for hairdryer, the answer was No hairdryer and I have to go to the basement of lady’s room of the gym, which means I have to dress up properly with water dripping on my face, walk out of the spa, cross the restaurant and take the stairs, cross a hot corridor(with no AC) and get to the lady’s room of the gym, get my hair dry.
5. I got back upstairs and told the reception this is an awful experience, they could told me that there is no hairdryer provide so I don’t have to wash my hair at the first place, well…no response, and then I realize I don’t have hair band so I ask them to give me a hairband, the answer is of course NO, they don’t have hair band.
I mean…Come On, it is not ok with you charge a price USD100 AED375 for one hour massage with those services and facilities, with this price, I could easily get better deal from Entertainer voucher or Group on in a five star hotels, spend my time and relax, I have chosen SensAsia because I use to have good experience with you, therefor with trust I booked SensAsia for this service, for One hour massage and I felt much more stress afterwards, to chill out and relax is the purpose of going to the Spa right? With this price and the facility and services, i am really really not happy, and I need your proper explanation of your poor services.

I choose to get a combo package called “The Weekend Prep “it’s included a Hot stone massage and a hydrating facial . The staff was really welcoming and the atmosphere was calm and clean but the scent of essential oils was very strong for me as im sensitive to strong scent.
Other then that everything was perfect and really liked the massage . Its spa is pricey but worth to visit once in a while

I've been a regular customer at Sensasia since 2007 and in the last 3-4 years been been visiting their Downtown Branch.
Unfortunately as I was booking an appointment last week, I was informed that the Downtown Branch closed down. Therefore I booked at the Village Mall branch which turned out to be a very poor experience.
It is like I was moved from an exclusive and high-end spa retreat (i.e. the Downtown branch) to a run down street market (the Village Mall branch) yet I was still required to pay a premium price!
Firstly, the robe I was given was worn out. You could see the material was split and close to tearing.
Secondly, as I was about to hang my clothes I noticed that the rail in the locker I had been given was broken and had to walk out to the reception (dressed in the robe and carrying my bag and clothes on the hanger) asking them for a different locker.
Thirdly, there was a make shift pillow under my head during the facial that my neck hurt by the end of the treatment rather than feeling relaxed. In addition, a hard plastic tube was placed under my legs which was super uncomfortable. The Downtown branch had proper, fluffy and fresh feeling pillows for both the head and under the feet.
Finally, and although I completely regret it, I bought a voucher for my friend and was informed that she could not trade it for a different treatment even if it is of higher value. This is a complete change to the previous policy and I am not sure how customer focused that is.
Unfortunately, I have been left disappointed an discouraged. It is as if my favourite spa experience has been completely ruined. In addition, the price list is the same as, if not higher than, five star hotels in Dubai however it is clearly no longer of the same quality or experience.
The only reason I am giving a rating of 2 and not 1 is because the Therapist was good - and note that she had been moved across from the Downtown branch!

The best massage destination in Dubai, although maybe considered limited as located on the first floor in Village mall but I find it the best customer focused, goal achieved place for "spaaaaing". Their bellanaise massage with their senior masu is the best. their after massage comfort area is cozy and they take your feedback after every single visit.

No doubt! I love this spa so much not just because became Senior Receptionist staff before but because of quality and high standard that they have since beginning until now. All is in detailed specially after the treatment.

The SensAsia is a cozy urban spa where you can find plenty of treatments. I went for a 90 min Balinese massage and was an amazing experience. Good therapist from Thailand very attentive and aware. Is a bit expensive but the overall experience was positive.

My appointment was at 12.45 pm, got there at 12.35.
They asked me to fill in a form even though I was in their system and came for the 15th time at least as well as all my family.they do have an amazingly relaxing massage for sleeping with lavender cushion and all, they also serve you a super ginger tea at the end of treatment.
Unfortunately, yesterday I did fill in the form and waited till 1.10pm so over 20min to get in the changing rooms. Their were no other customers therefore I do not understand still the delay early morning..
Once I got into the room for the massage, 30min late, as if I only have this to do with my day. ( I once got there 10min late they charge for the full hour and finish on the scheduled time. Which is normal but then why don’t they apply reciprocity?)
So the therapist rushed out telling me to get out of the room as she hadn’t finish preparing.
I felt very uncomfortable and decided to leave. They are double the price then anywhere else, and their therapist are not professional nor certified.
The receptionist insisted that I was wrong and that the appointment was at 1pm. That still makes them 20min late and rude.
I recommend you go to another branch or NStyle in mall of the emirates which is half the price and with adorable staff and cool deals.

I an my husband visited the spa to have balinese massage on the Palm branch. The personal was so friendly and professional. We did not go for couples massage even they do have a couples room. My masseur was a lady from Bali. Her name was Anna. By asking my requirements, she suggested for me to go for kneed massage instead. It was absolutely perfect. She is very strong and very professional. The spa do not have sauna or pool but it has a shower and nice changing rooms with lockers. I absolutely loved the feeling after my massage. Thank you.
