My friend and I have been taking gap-years and gap-semesters in Chile, respectively, where we have been volunteering and learning Spanish for a few months now. We took the class in our last week here in Vina and absolutely loved it. Carolina was an incredible guide for us the entire day, explaining new fruits to us in the market in Valpo and teaching us about the beauty of Chilean food. The meal was delicious, and the most important ingredient was Carolina's good energy!!!

This is an amazing class and must do if you are in the area and like to cook. Wonderful personal instruction by Carolina You have a chance to pick your fresh ingredients in the market also a great experience. Menu items turned out perfectly and may vary depending on what's in season and diet restrictions. Had a great time

We had a dinner for 6 persons including fresh and delicious Chilean food as well as great wines. Also we learned how to make Pisco Sour. Ines, the chef, was very friendly and created a nice atmosphere.

I had a great time with Ines. We spent time at the local market and made fantastic food and drinks. She was extremely informative, patient, and a very interesting. Also spoke very good English.

I have never done a cooking class before and this one is going to be a tough one to beat! This was by far the best meal of my trip! We started out at the market, picking out our food, went to cook the meal and make delicious drinks. You meet around 4pm and we ended around 10pm. There was so much food, lots of wine, and pisco sours. Boris is a great teacher and host.
At first I thought the price was a bit expensive, but then I looked online at cooking classes in Boston (I want to do more after this one) and this class is long and cheap compared to others! This is a great deal and afterwards, Boris will email you the recipes so that you can cook them at home!
I highly recommend this cooking class!

This was such a great experience and the food we made was fantastic and I'm a huge foodie. Boris our instructor was lovely, funny, informative and delightful. We cooked so much food and had great wine to accompany. You go shopping for the ingredients at the local market and make a 5 course meal. I would highly recommend this class to enhance your trip to Chile.

3 friends and I had a great trip to Viña del Mar for a full day cooking class with Boris. This was a fantastic experience and I highly recommend it. The staff where great (especially our teacher Boris) the locations was very professional and the food was so fresh and tasty. I will definitely be going back and taking more friends and family along!
