The view definitively is great however given that it is probably illegal and dangerous to walk/bike over the bridge; it is almost not possible to enjoy the scenery at your own pace.
You have to follow the traffic or the bus, etc...

Indeed a modern wonder and a beautiful bridge to behold. The view surrounding it is also marvelous. We just spend leisure time here to look at another part of Shantou.

礐石大橋........去礐石山的通路。沒太多車。不會塞車。很好。不錯~~~~每次去潮陽出差就走礐石大橋，挺寬敞的，但是回來如果是下班高峰期一下橋就堵塞了。

礐石大桥是继海湾大桥后又一座连接汕头市南北城区的大型桥梁，说实话，其作用和海湾大桥差不多，总是觉得好像再建这座比较浪费哈哈，每次去潮阳出差就走礐石大桥，挺宽敞的，但是回来如果是下班高峰期一下桥就堵塞了。

现在就只能说怀怀旧了，很多年没有走过。记得以前过礐石还要过渡的，现在交通方便了很多。不适合作为一个景点去参观的。

Given this is the longest cabled bridge in the world, it is quite a sight. It also connects a historic old part of Shantou to the quaint town of Queshi. So keep your eyes open for the old ruins on the Shantou side of the bridge.

连接了礐石地区和汕头市区，在轮渡的时候可以远远看到大桥和桥上密集的车流，桥下不时船舶经过，在傍晚的时候有夕阳的衬托，显得很壮观

I visited Queshi Bridge with my students.
The bridge itself is ok, but the views around it are pretty nice.
Also, it is very near to Nan Ao Island, which is worth a visit.
Also located near by is Shantou city and lots of little back streets to wander down.
