We have just returned from waterworld. It was amazing! Reading the bad reviews on here i couldnt believe what people had to moan about. It was perfect. Food was amazing. Hotel and beach spotless! Staff couldnt do enough!
Mohamed Ali in the Africa bar deserves a special mention. What a guy he is! Moussa on the beach was excellent too.
I wouldnt listen to the bad reviews because they are basically reviews from the people who have no respect for this beautiful place and totally no respect for the staff who work hard to make holidays special.
We will definatly return

It's really unpolite attitude from the management team , how to treat the guests , very aggressive and don't know how to handle guests complaints , I was with my family today, surprised from the attitide of pool & recreation manager at the aqua Park , don't go there ,

Брали экскурсию с трансером в аквапарк, билеты оплатили заранее рублями. На входе прайс 1000 египетских фунтов за взрослого, 750 за взрослого в группе от 15 человек. Дети до 5 лет включительно бесплатно. Нам сказали взять паспорт с собой, но его никто не проверил. На входе встречающий сказал, что иногда проверяют, иногда нет. Это конечно не удобно, потому что оставляли паспорта с собой на свой риск. Не нашли сейфа или ресепшн, где могли бы оставить их.
Раздевалка находится в одноэтажном небольшом белом домике между пиратской горкой с отливающейся головой и большими горками. Очередь комфортная, время ожидания не больше 15 минут. Горки классные, страшные)
Еда ужасная, в течении дня можно есть бургеры не вкусные, вода и мороженое. Негде совсем спрятаться от солнца, мне стало плохо от перегрева, хотя сидели в тени, но и это не спасло. Сын поранил ногу - спасатели помазали лосьоном и наклеили пластырь. Берите с собой маски или очки плавательные. Снимайте цепочки, браслеты и часы, солнечные очки, иначе на горку не пустят. Можно в плавательных и кепках. Полотенца нужны с собой, рекомендую коралки и плавать в них, нагреваются горки и бетон сильно. Рашгарды и головные уборы обязательно .Перерыв с 13 до 14 часов, горки выключают в это время. На раз съездить норм!

Very good and clean structure with a lot slides, Kind employees, good international food included, very Amazing waterpark far 5 minutes with free bus transfer from jaz makadi Oasis.

Positives - Great park very clean lots of slides.
Negatives - Sadly there is no control of the queues and Egyptian people will push in and try to bully staff. Made it an unpleasant experience. 3 years ago when we stayed this problem didn’t exist so not sure what’s happened. When you pay 7k for a holiday you don’t expect this at the hotel your staying. Sadly I won’t be returning to Jaz Aquaviva

The water park was amazing and children really enjoyed. The slides were also very clean. Only concern was that the family slides required us to take our tubes up ourselves and it was too heavy. Especially when we were two adults and three children and the place needs more shaded spaces.

Firstly, it was great that it was on-site at Jaz Aquaviva and allowed us to come and go as we please.
There are many options available for the whole family spread out across the park, and staff are are friendly and good at managing the slides/rings etc.

Hi are they strict about the age limit, both my sons are over the height restriction of 120 but under 10yrs old. Also is there many slides that you have to be 10yrs old? Thanks

Hi, we are looking to visit a hotel here in November which has access to the water park. We read online it says children under 4 can’t use the water features or child slides ? Is that true or does it just mean they need to be surprised?.

Yes it’s connected as both are in the same resort. Just make sure you plan for eating at the hotel not at the park as the food there is so poor, noting that aqua park shuts down the slides for one hour for lunch break. I hope this helps and enjoy your holiday.
