1.based on weather, rides are available.we took boat + rides package 2.sea walk is cancelled in North bay/Havelock in April 2019.some told weather others told government cancelled it for safety reasons. 3.you can finish both by 2pm. But I suggest you do cellular jail in the morning & then go Ross & North bay. Light & sound show is really pathetic & waste of time.the evening can be spent on Ross island as its small & seeing the island on foot is mystic because of its dilapidated structures, humungous trees,birds,deers etc. There is also a light & sound show on ross.i have not seen it,so can't comment the quality.

Yes there are a number of private ferries and also speed boats who take you to these sites and bring you back at the designated times. But there is a catch that they push for the activities available which are not all worth the money...however one can relax at North Bay and just watch the crowds...

Of course, it is possible and you can do it. Your time will certainly saved and this surplus time can be utilized to cover both Ross island and North bay island

The appearance of the island will be bit disappointing if you have already visited Neil and Havelock island.Activities like Scuba diving and sea walk is worth doing here and usually takes 45 minutes to 1 hour each from your booking, demonstration and final activity.Spending time without water activity in North bay Island is bit boring as nothing much to see and photograph.Only few food stalls are available with average or you can say below average food.

Scooba diving is the best experience you must not miss it and it is most cheapest among the world in Andaman . I had experienced in havelock. It’s true they take you 5-6 meter down only but you will find a diffrent world.they shall tell that they take u 15 mts down but not true. All body also shall not suits to go in deep so they don’t take any risk.About 10% of people quits scooba as they have problem in breath. But be patient and try to learn by taking time all can do it. As by wearing heavy uniform and mask on head and mouth it firstly look very uncomfortable but while practice session try it again n again. You will see a diffrent world there. Go for scooba.
