Had superb experience!Relaxed and rejuvenated. Went for the total Ayurveda experience package and it worked wonders on my tired muscles. It has net surroundings,refreshing atmosphere and ofcourse with the best destressing services by excellent therapist.

Total Ayurveda experience package 2 is well beyond what i had imagined. The after effect is surreal, at least for me.. The experience is for 2 and half hours, which will be finished in a giffy. You wouldn't realise the time flying by.
I was in here, after a heavy marathon and all of my body was in pain. Bibin worked on all the problematic areas and i was pasted to the bed after the massage . I didn't feel like getting up from the bed.
The potli was pressed after massage, which really released my knots. My body feels well lubricated and i slept for rest of the day and the night after the session.
Really a must try programme, it is very detailed, intense, hot, relaxing and meditative at the same time.

Good location, clean facilities and very flexible service. Mary gave me a good Marma massage. I felt really relaxed after that, she is a friendly girl and attended to my requiremnts. Professional yet friendly service. Highly recommend! Thanks Mary

Ayurveda sanctum has been one of the best spas that i have been too.The ambience is great,music is soothing,the staff is really really good and knowledgeable.They know the right points and The pressure was perfect and I absolutely appreciated the energy of the massage.The room is clean and peaceful and comfortable environment to be in...A must visit if you are in Cochin.

Don't be fooled by the location and busy streets outside, this place is a small gem.. It is clean, awesome and the Total Ayurveda experience was amazing.. I would come back in aheart beat..

I had a long distance travel in flight and car travel before and after flight , and had a stiff back wit dull low back and neck muscle pain, so one f my frnd suggested me abt tis clinic. Being a Dr initially i ws lil sceptical, but all my doubts ws cleared and i got my appt over phone. Not exaggerating but the hot oil massage and dhara Dr prescribed ws so relaxing and out of the world experiance.. the employees wr so polite and kind. The ambience ws so mesmerising tat il recommend tis clinic ( jus lik my frnd recommended to me) to everyone..

My college age daughters and I all had a great experience at the Ayurveda Sanctum. The therapists are terrific, it was easy to communicate and make an appointment, and the place is very clean and well cared for. I would highly recommend.

Sure sir,many people come here for rejuvenation therapies.The ayurvedic therapies done here with herbal oils are very good for lubricating joints,relaxing muscles,reducing stress and great for relaxing.
