I had a great massage at the aira wellness Spa on the 3rd floor of crowne plaza. Jesuina is one of the best massage therapists, I have ever met. Their receptionist Neethu very pleasant smile and good Hoapitality service provided to me. Thank you aira team.

It was a wonderful experience at Aira Wellness Spa and Ms. Neethu (receptionist) has beautiful smile and she really corporated with my hectic schedule and gave me the best possible slot. And Ms.Joyce ( therapist) was really amazing and did a fabulous therapy. but i have one suggestion for Aira Wellness Spa team please change the music system track , while in my therapy I heard an add instead of music .... so everything else was really good and amazing, thank you so much for a great experience at Aira Wellness Spa.... Thank you Everyone.

Went for a spa at Sohum as a birthday gift from family. It was an amazing experience, the kind of pampering I love. The ambience was very calming and comforting, the staff was friendly and the massage itself was really good. I opted for a Sohum signature full body spa but they have a variety of options to choose from both in the ayurvedic and non-ayurvedic categories. Laljish, the manager, made sure we had a smooth experience.

Sohum spa at kochi crown plaza is one of the best spas in the world.They have sensitive therapists who make sure that you find your way back to your soul

The costumer service and hospitality is appreciable

I was highly impressed by the knowledge and service of Dr.Laljish
The delivery of the spa was smooth and efficient, the staffs were complete professionals. Will definitely recommend!!!!

A great place to get relaxed and rejuvenated - great ambiance, they offer variety of spa packages at a reasonable price, the staffs are well trained. The manager and staffs are extremely polite, considerate. Amazing experience!

Ms Prem ensured that I had a very relaxed time and made it memorable.
