อากาศหมอก. . . เขียวชอุ่ม . เข้าถึงได้ง่ายจากถนน . แต่ถนนเข้า-ออก 3 ชม. . . สถานที่ค่อนข้างแออัด, . . . เราไปที่นั่นแบบครอบครัวในเดือนสิงหาคมเมื่อมรสุมอยู่ที่จุดสูงสุด . .

Very nice place for family and friends. Full of fun and advantures, nice weather, nature nearby and clean sky. This was fater rain so everything was very clean. A full entertaining day for al friends.

Beauty during mansoons

This lake is situated away from Pune at a distance of 60 km approx. and near Lonavala . Nothing great just a lake with good views of surroundings hills. During rainy season beauty of this place is worth enjoying. Just park your car on road side and enjoy corn and vada pav from road side stalls. No proper place to sit or park your car. No facility is available like washroom etc. While going to AAmby valley or lonavala you will cross this road.

If you love adventurous and trekking place then you will love this spot, there is not much to see but the mountain, calm lake and surrounding atmosphere is great to view which will make your day. winter and monsoon season is the best season to visit this spot.

Very pretty in the monsoons

Well this entire area becomes so lush and beautiful during the monsoons, Lonavala lake offers a great spot to just park your car, relax enjoy the views catch a vada pao, bhutta from the vendors here. Access to lake was blocked the last time I went there.

Less crowded and peaceful

Located approximately 4 kms from lonavla station, must visit place of lonavla, during rainy season it gets full and overflowing, but during winter and summer it is quiet, peaceful and enjoyable with family, but there is no area to sit or chairs not available, no option for having food, only local sellers like chips, corn, ice cream cycles etc are there.

Best in Monsoon

This is the best place to go to in monsoons. The view is beautiful and very gree. You cannot go near the lake (which is a good thing actually) and there are a few stalls nearby from where you can have maggi, vada pav etc.

You cannot go to the lake shore, it is out of bound for tourists. You can only stop your car and click a few pictures. The lake is beautiful and you may also view a waterfall which is called the Lonavala Lake Waterfall. You may skip it coz you cannot enter the lake premises.
