Alex (and team) were great! He arranged our airport pick-up, which went very smoothly and drove us himself during our transfers between accommodations. He made sure a children seat was available for our 1-year old daughter on all of the drives, which was at great value to us (as Bali traffic is not very smooth in general). During the drives he provided us with additional background information on various local topics. We would recommend Alex to everyone!!

We traveled with my extended family to Bali organized all of our transport in Bali through Alex - Kuta-->Lovina-->Ubud-->Sanur-->Kuta. We had five adults and three kids. Alex didn't actually drive us but all the drivers we had were amazing. We asked around to get a feel for prices as well and we couldn't beat Alex's. Thank you for making our family trip in Bali smooth and successful!

We booked Indra because we were looking for a driver with baby car seats. The first day had a few tips for our itinerary and we had de most amazing day. Our baby’s 1- and 3-year old fit perfectly in the car seats and we felt save in the car. We immediately booked him again for another day trip and as our airport transfer. Would recommend 10/10!

Alex was the best driver we could have found for our Bali stay. He was on time, great driver, very friendly and knowledgeable about Bali, and he has a car seat which is a bonus! Alex also had other people on his team that could do surf lessons and nanny services. Alex doesn’t have a website at the moment, so I was able to chat with him through Instagram to book.
I travelled with my hubby and 3 year old toddler. Alex did an airport pickup for us as well as a day trip from Sanur to Ubud to see Monkey forest, rice terrace, and the water temple. We plan to return to Bali again and we will be in touch with Alex when we do! Absolute 5 star service. Highly recommend!

Alex was such a joy to have as our driver for 9 days. We even got to meet his son. Everyone we met from his group were very professional. We felt like Alex became one of our group! He was always on time, friendly and happy. If he was unavailable there was never an issue as one of the crew would step in. Alex has such great knowledge of Bali - where to go, what to see, and the trip would not have been as great without him! We got to see many places that are not part of the tourist areas. He taught us about their culture and the conversations we had with him were so educational and fun! His English is fabulous. His patience with the traffic was phenomenal. His personality is so optimistic and upbeat! He supplied car seats for the small children and they were so comfortable with him!! I will always remember him as an amazing part of this adventure and never will forget him. He is simply the BEST!

I can't recommend Epo Bali Driver highly enough! During our family trip to Bali, Alex became an integral part of our journey, and we're incredibly thankful our paths crossed. We can't talk about our trip without talking about Alex, now a dear friend. He was flexible and accommodating, especially with our need for car seats for the kids. He provided clean cars and vans with air conditioning, ensured safe driving, and was always on time. Alex also gave amazing recommendations when needed. From one mom to another, we would absolutely use him and his team again and HIGHLY recommend them without hesitation. Thank you Alex!!!!

During our stay in Bali we used the services of epo Bali driver 4 times. 3 times with his colleague Made and 1 time Alex himself. We had chosen EPO Bali driver because we were looking for a driver with car seat for our 3 year old son, especially because these were longer travel days with multiple sightseeing stops.
Our first trip was with Made and was a day filling trip from Sanur to Batur but with a detour via the east of Bali. Made was nice on time and from the beginning it felt good. He drives relaxed and the conversations were pleasant and he could tell us a lot about Bali. He also thought along about the trip.
Our 2nd trip was from Batur to the airport with 2 more stops at temples and was with Alex. He was also nice on time and could also tell a lot. We thought we could only do one stop. But because we had a domestic flight, we had more time and were able to make a 2nd stop.
We had booked another driver for a trip later in the holiday but because it felt so good with Made and Alex we cancelled it and also did that trip with EPO Bali driver. In addition, we did a 4th trip. We only flew back in the evening so also the last day we wanted to catch some sightseeing on the way from Ubud to the airport. On the previous trip with Made we had already talked about this and we had indicated that we wanted to go to Tanah destiny that day and if he knew any additions. Made came up with 2 additional ideas and so we also had a lot to see the last day.
We recommend everyone if you need a driver to contact EPO Bali driver.
They drive very relaxed. Be on time. You can have nice conversations and communicate well with them in English (in our experience that is not always the case in Bali). They think along and are fun with children (and they have a car seat). Our son kept giving Made hugs when he said goodbye.

We are so happy we found Alex for our trip to Bali with two young kids!
Alex was so kind and always on time. He also arranged baby/kid seats, which was the primary reason we chose him, as this is not usual on Bali.
Alex was also very fun with the children, and helped with putting them in the seats or holding the baby when we needed a hand! Also we had beautiful conversations:)
When he was not available, we knew well beforehand and because he works with a team there was always someone available, so we did not need to worry about transport and could even request for a trip 1-2 days in advance. His kind colleague Made also took us for a trip, and he also had the baby/kid seats, that was arranged perfectly :)

Right from the very start he made our trip so easy. It was so simple to book trips and transfers. Having Alex's expert local knowledge even helped us plan our transfer times.

This was our first ever trip to Bali. We booked Epo Bali Driver (who we now know is Alex) from a few recommendations.
We are so happy we chose him as our driver. He was so kind and genuine, and our 3 kids took a shine to him straight away. He helped us to plan all of our day trips, and nothing was too hard for him.
His knowledge of the roads all over Bali is fantastic. Even with typical Bali traffic built up, he always found a way to take 10-15 minutes off the time Google Maps suggested!
He went above and beyond by looking after our youngest son for a short while so we could take our older kids on the quad bike tour, and even came to the beach one night to teach the kids how to surf.
I won't even consider anyone else the next time we come - we'll be getting Alex booked as soon as we can.
Thanks Alex, for everything!
