Wurden nicht wie ausgemacht um 1:30 Uhr am Hotel abgeholt.
Es wurde uns am Stand wo wir die Tour gebucht haben gesagt, dass der Fahrer uns in unserem Hotel nicht gefunden hat, was leider nicht stimmte. Immerhin gab es die Anzahlung zurück.

Splendida vacanza a Bali e alle isole gili organizzata in modo perfetto con Victor via mail e telefono da casa e kade sul posto abbiamo fatto tutte le escursioni con un bel pulmino eravamo tanti 14 forse anche troppi avevamo una super guida astha e un ottimo autista suta guida preparatissima e ganza disponibile in tutto la sua frase più ricorrente era avete capito questo noi possiamo sicuramente dire che abbiamo visto la vera Bali induista mi sento di dare un consiglio 3 settimane e il tempo giusto x fare tutto con un Po di calma e x rillasarsi bene alle gili gruppo swami lussinandoli

Ich kenne Ignasius seit vielen Jahren und habe die Entwicklung seines Unternehmens praktisch von Anfang an miterlebt. Er ist sehr ernsthaft dabei, seinen Gästen den Aufenthalt so angenehm wie möglich zu machen und "sein" Bali und die anderen Sundainseln zum wirklichen Erlebnis zu machen. Er kennt sich augezeichnet aus und kennt die richtigen Leute, die man manchmal braucht, damit alles gut läuft. Er ist absolut zuverlässig, es gab in mehr als 10 Jahren nie Grund zu Beanstandungen. Vorteilhaft sind seine vielseitigen Sprachkenntnisse, das ist besonders für deutsche, englische, finnische und japanische Gäste eine große Erleichterung. Ich kenne ihn nur gut gelaunt :-) und seine Preise sind nun wirklich unschlagbar, das kann ich versichern. Viele Grüße nach Sanur und bis 2016, Ignasius :-)

Ignas is very knowledgeable and has some very good guides and drivers. After our 10-day amazing and outstanding Flores tour, we did an overnight tour of Lombok and the Gili Islands, as well as a two-night tour of Bali. Both were so much fun and full of beautiful sights and experiences. We fell in love with Babi Guling (roast pig) and our drivers spent time looking for it just for us. The dolphin viewing was fantastic, the meals were delicious, and the hotels top-notch. Ignas went out of his way to give us the tours we wanted and took great care of all our needs. I can't recommend him highly enough! Not only are the tours first class, but his prices are very reasonable. You can't go wrong using Fantastico Tours while you're in Indonesia.

Ignasius, il titolare dell'agenzia, è una persona molto disponibile e preparata. Ci siamo serviti di lui per un tour di Bali durante il quale ci ha mostrato i punti salienti: il centro spirituale di Ubud, spiaggia di Jimbaran dove fermarsi a cena, spiaggia di Padong Padong, templi di Tanah Lot e Uluwatu, il Vulcano e le piantagioni di caffé. Ve lo consiglio vivamente, anche per il rapporto qualità-prezzo (compreso c'era anche il servizio taxi da e per l'aeroporto).

Our guide Andy was on top of everything and made sure we were well taken care of. Our driver Stefano took care of business and we always felt we were in safe hands. From snorkling to giant bat sightings, eating fresh caught fish grilled on impromptu made grills of branches cooked over coconut shells, having a guide climb up a coconut tree hand-picking coconuts and drinking the juice and eating the flesh, driving all over the place and seeing the villages, excited schoolchildren, fantastic scenery, boating, historical sights, visiting villages where the only access is on foot. Adventure? Plenty, like the time our vehicle got stuck in the middle of the road...the boys took care of everything and got us to our destination in spite of it. And the view from where we were stuck was mind-blowing...beautiful ocean with the next island oh so close. This was without a doubt one of the best tour values we ever had and we've been to over 50 countries! The memories!!! OMG!! Just do it!
