Der Service von baliKU war super!
Airport Transfers, individuelle Beratung zu möglichen Programmpunkten und eine Tour durch Ubud - alles war wunderbar organisiert, freundlich und professionell!
Insbesondere Putra und Ayu Fitri möchte ich herzlich danken - ihr habt mir eine tolle Zeit auf Bali ermöglicht 🙏
Preis - Leistung war absolut angemessen und ich konnte immer mitgestalten. Ein Reiseveranstalter bei dem es wirklich um die individuellen Wünsche geht und kein Druck da ist, etwas zu buchen oder zu kaufen. Würde ich jedem empfehlen:)

Amazing Tours- Thank you Ayuni

We came to Bali in June 2023 and had our airport transfers booked with BaliKU.

We were met at the airport by a lovely lady, Ayuni. She showed us to our taxi and gave us her WhatsApp number, and we agreed to meet her at our hotel the next day.

Ayuni came to our hotel as planned and showed us all the tour excursions which we could do on our trip. We booked a number of excursions with Ayuni as we wanted to see as much as we could in our two weeks in Bali.

Ayuni planned our trips and gave us the dates and times. She arranged our transport for the excursions and she was our tour guide for most of them.

She was a lovely lady and very knowledgeable. She was friendly and welcoming, and made sure we enjoyed every moment!

We did a number of excursions from the rice terraces, waterfalls, temples, a Balinese dance, wood carving and silver making experience. We even took a trip to Nusa Penida where we explored some of the island and even went snorkelling! We also took an early morning trek up Mount Batur, which was definitely a highlight to the trip.

We had the most amazing time in Bali. This was made possible by the amazing excursions which we had planned and the amazing tour guide which we had in Ayuni. Also to mention, the driver who drove for hours on end each day to get us to places! He was so lovely too.

Thank you so much to Ayuni and all at BaliKU who allowed us to have the most amazing holiday in Bali.

We will definitely be back!

Baliku guide Lodra picked us up from the airport and also arranged our island tours. Very nice service and a good and friendly guide. We did several tours to show as much of the island as possible , to our daughter who had never been to Bali. It was amazing. The driver was also friendly and drove safely. Our entire transport from airport pick-up to sightseeing and return to the airport was very well organised. Thank you for the service. We enjoyed everything and would recommend Baliku Tours and Travel!!!

Reassuringly professional, informative and friendly

We were a little apprehensive as we had never been to Bali before . We had no reason to worry, the staff of BaliKU were always prompt, friendly , professional and informative. From an airport pick up and then a Day excursion we could not fault them . We would particularly like to thank Togan for making our trip very enjoyable and I would recommend there services.

Non fidatevi della guida di nome TOGAR

Abbiamo usufruito di questa agenzia per il transfert aeroporto hotel, la guida di nome TOGAR che si trovava ad aspettarci in aeroporto ha insistito a venirci a trovare in hotel il giorno dopo per proporci i suoi tour. Noi avevamo già prenotato tutto, però volevano fare un’immersione a Nusa Penida. Per una chiamata che ha fatto a un diving center, ci ha imbrogliato facendoci pagare 70€ che si è intascato lui, facendoci credere che i 70€ era una caparra per le immersioni, invece il diving non sapeva niente e io ho dovuto pagare altri 70€ per fare l’immersione. Praticamente il signorino per fare una chiamata si è preso gli stessi soldi che il diving si è perso per farmi fare 2 immersioni. ATTENZIONE A QUETSA GUIDA E A I SOLDI CHE VI CHIEDE.

Amazing experiences with a personnel touch - Putra our tour guide was a star !

Amazing service, we were collected at Denpasar Airport by Putra who organised our ride to our accomodation in Ubud, he left us his whatsapp number and agreed to meet us at our hotel later that evening to chat about our plans. At said time Putra was there waiting for us, we discussed what we wanted to see and do, and he organised the elephant sancturary visit and a day out that started at 8am and finished much later that day. His knowledge that he shared with us was brilliant and our day was amazing. We then went to Lombok for a few days and returned to Nusa Doa, where we made contact with Putra again, to discuss more tours in East and West of Bali, he came up with two days worth of tours that were packed with much travelling and experiences, both early start and late finishes, but the days were made fun with his jovial funny sense of humour. Putra helped make our stay in Bali a very magical memorable one, in fact we have become facebook friends, he's a lovely funny informative man, we even had karaoke sessions in the car whilst touring. and he organised a lovely pickup and drop off seafood dinner on the beach watching the sunset one evening. Nothing was too much for this man to organise. Thank you Putra - you made our holiday amazing Mr Joannis and Miss Hazel xx

Accueillis à notre arrivée à Bali par une organisation non choisie par nous, nous avons très rapidapprecié notre guide Putra, anglophone, qui nous a accompagnés sur plusieurs trips et organisés d'autres, de main de maître, en s'adaptant à nos centres d'intérêt et à notre façon de voyager.

Brilliant service. Our guide was actually organising our pick up from the airport on arrival and provided his WhatsApp number. Through that he arranged some tours for us, heavily discounted, and incredible. He accompanied us on a tour of Ubud and took us on a mad journey from 8am until nearly 8pm for what is basically no money in GBP, incredible devotion to his job and explaining the island and culture. Gusdek was an amazing guide!

Bali with Baliku

We were met at Denpasar Airport by Tika who was very courteous and helpful. Eight in our group, including two teenagers, two children and parents and grandparents. Tika was amazing at remembering our names. No dramas getting to our accommodation in Kuta.
Tika came to our hotel the next day to arrange a future day trip. This included Elephant Mud Fun at Bali Zoo- which was amazing, a silver jewellery manufacturer, Monkey Forest Temple near Ubud and a tea/coffee tasting place where we sampled their products. Tika was knowledgeable about the benefits of the various types, which was helpful. It was a long day and negotiating the traffic was an experience in itself! Thanks Tika!
Our transfer to the airport was with Baliku also, but a different driver, who was as punctual as Tika.
Our experience with this company was very positive.
