I'm so grateful for having the opportunity to visit Genta Agrotourism first on my own to experience the Balinese water purification ceremony with Desak (she is AMAZING) as well as a healing session, and then to return as co-host of a wellness retreat in Bali last week. 10 of our 12 guests requested the experience and each person had a unique, memorable and meaningful experience at this very special and authentic place. In addition to discovering coffees, teas and special oils and creams (made from unique flowers, all natural everything and grown here on location), guests loved meeting Desak and experiencing a purification ceremony as a group with her (after a brief and powerful healing session for each person).
This is not a very touristic place despite the word tourism in the place's name :) and really this is unique and beautiful and a place I would recommend to everyone. Thank you Desak and thank you Helena (owner of this family run business for many years). If you're considering visiting, I can't recommend it enough. :)

We spend 4 nights on this amazing place. Here you will find so many things! Friendly staff, the ‘wild’ Luwak coffee, a garden tour, beautiful villa’s for a good price, massage area with a view over the ricefields, professional purifications, great yoga area, a cookingclass area, and Helena: the super friendly host/owner/animal lover! Beside running the business she helps streetdogs, the school in front of Genta, and the locals who needs help. Just gonna take a look at this place!

地元在住の方が、ここは他のコーヒー園とは一線を画す的な事を書いていたので行ってみました。
結論から言うと、他の所と全く一緒ですね。
豆を炒ったり打ち潰したりは、お客さんが来ると無線機を使って連絡すると始まります。
ルアックコーヒー飲み比べ？175000（税込）
ホントにジャコウネコの糞豆なの？？？って聞いてもはぐらかされた。www
因みにジャコウネコのララちゃんは2年前に亡くなってましたm(_ _)m

INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL EXPERIENCE! As travelers to Bali for the first time, we loved visiting all the typical sightseeing spots (they're popular for a reason, Bali is truly beautiful) but we wanted to balance that out with a more local, authentic experience. Something unique & personal. We couldn't imagine a better experience for that than the Purification Ceremony offered here at Genta.
Upon arrival, you'll be greeted by the friendly staff before having a private session with the medicine woman, Desak Akeno. We were a party of 3 friends so it was nice that we took turns meeting with her individually, in private. The meeting or sit down with the medicine woman can be different for everyone and in some cases, can be quite emotional as certain personal issues may come to surface through the session. While waiting for our sessions, we enjoyed the gorgeous green views throughout the outdoor space as we drank our welcome tea.
Afterwards, we each donned a traditional sarong of our choice, included in the price, which we cherish as a souvenir to remember the experience. The actual location of the Purification Ceremony is best described as enchanting. It took place on a wooden platform, built around a tree, suspended above a small river. We each took turns receiving the purification ceremony, performed by the medicine woman. She would chant and shower us with holy water and a myriad of colorful flowers. Eyes closed, seated on the platform, I don't know if it was the incense being burnt or in combo with the flowers, but I remember the fragrance or scent throughout the ceremony was amazing. Although the medicine woman was gentle, the water can be cold but it's a fun sensation & you'll feel refreshed in the end.
After the purification, we carried our offerings on our heads and made our way to the blessing ceremony. Sitting on the ground, surrounded by nature, we felt privileged to partake in so many beautiful rituals and gestures. I loved that not only were there prayers to receive blessings, but there were also prayers of gratitude to the universe, which is just as important. The owner, Helena, was present & answered all our questions. We loved her sense of humor and how welcoming she was- all of the staff there were so warm & kind.
We highly recommend the Purification Ceremony offered here, especially if you're seeking a more unique, personal experience in Bali. Everyone in our group agreed that this experience really made our trip in Bali. We are so grateful for that. Also, we highly recommend hiring the photographer through Genta to document your experience. Not only was it a pleasure to not worry about taking photos during the experience, but the photos came out so beautiful. Overall, a once in a lifetime experience.

Rasa kopiluak nya sangat asli ,enak dan bisa melihat binatang luak.dan alam lingkungan sangat.asri ,bisa bermain dialam yng luas.terdapat juga kegiatan para petani sedang bekerja disawah mereka masing2.

Tempatnya sangat luas, pemandangan sawah yang indah dan asri. Banyak kegiatan tradisional yang bisa dilakukan. Dan yang tak kalah penting bisa melihat proses pembuatan kopi luwak dan melihat luwak di alam bebas. Salah satu tempat yang harus dikunjungi kalau ke Bali👍👍👍😊

Door onze persoonlijke driver naar Genta Agrotourism gebracht vanwege mijn koffie-verslaving. Tig Luwak-winkeltjes in de buurt, maar dit was echt goed volgens de driver.
Geen enkele andere klant, dus alle tijd voor ons. Duidelijke uitleg over de thee en de koffie, de wijze van produceren van de Luwak-koffie etc. De eigenaar was niets te gek. Kids laten knuffelen met Lada de Luwak.
Vervolgens papa-moment om te genieten van de 5 soorten Luwak-koffie. Kids en mama mochten genieten van een dienblad met 16 soorten koffie, thee en chocomel. Vervolgens de mogelijkheid om producten van de zaak te kopen, totaal geen dwang om te kopen, precies zoals het hoort. Mezelf getrakteerd op een duur blik koffiebonen van de Luwak!

This is an amazing place. The owner took the time to explain each tea and herb to us. She is extremely knowledgeable in regards to the plants and herbs. Also all of their products are organic. The staff were amazing and answered all the questions we had. I can't wait to go back and would recommend if you are in the Ubud area you make it one of your stops.

We loved spending a couple of hours at this agrotourism. I also really enjoyed the coffee and tea tastings. I think there was around 12 free tastings you can try. I especially enjoyed being toured around the gardens and getting to meet their only luwak. I brought some coconut coffee Rosella tea, and pineapple jam from their store as I was so impressed. They also have accommodation and run retreats. They staff were all very knowledgeable and friendly as well.
