There isn't much tenants in Blu Plaza, but the major ones are Matahari and Carrefour, your essentials; so it's a convenient place to buy your essentials. And the Matahari here is actually the one that has the most collections to others in Bekasi (as mentioned by the staff from other Matahari branch in Bekasi). Less tenants means a quieter mall and that's fine by me.

Maybe Blue Plaza is the best for East Bekasi, but certainly not in Bekasi. However Blu Plaza is better than Grand Mall Bekasi in West Bekasi.
Blu Plaza location is behind Siloam Hospital, so both location is on one area, together also with Red Planet Hotel. As I know Siloam Hospital, Matahari Department Store and Blu plaza have same owner. No parking building, all parking in a spacious yard, so your car will hot in day time.
My first impression is many food stalls have spacious area in Ground Floor mean the rental space is cheap. Moreover after I found Happy Seafood Restaurant. This is most cheap food stall in Blu Plaza. It is solely Happy Seafood Restaurant in Indonesia, previously there are one stall in Puri Indah, but only a few customers visit the restaurant, maybe because too cheap and no prestige. Besides one spacious area, Happy Seafood Restaurant has another small stall 30 meters from the big one. The smallest one is functioning as a restaurant, kitchen and cashier. Customers are a lot for the big ones. There are also KFC, but not many customers, and the location is in the behind, not easily to see. There are also Pusat Jajanan, a food court but not many customers and I think it is not developed well. In the second floor, usually the rental space is cheaper than in the ground floor there are AW and D'Cost.
There are only one lift and the location is in the terrace of the building of Ground Floor.
In the first floor there are closed Electronic Solution and also a big area for leasing. In the Upper Ground Floor there are also some empty spaces, but not so much.
I visit Blu Plaza after most of the employees got their salary and in Sunday, there are many cars, but AW and D'Cost are not busy mean visitors spend not much money. Blu Plaza, a plaza for lower income.
