Expected to be able to see fishes and snorkel but it's just a huge salted swimming pool with activities like kayaking and slides/floats. I think the swimming pool ambience defeats the thrill factor for water activites. Good for kids as a safe space to do water activites. Very steep pricing i would rather just go to a beach

diklaim sebagai kolam renang terbesar se asia tenggara, sangat cocok membawa keluarga yang ada anak2,bisa bermain di kolam sampai puas, selain pemandangannya memang indah terkesan kolam renang di padang pasir, di kolam sendiri banyak permainan2 seperti skuter air, bumper boat, kayak dll yang bisa kita sewa sehingga menambah marak suasana, airnya bersih sekali karena terawat dengan baik, letaknya dikawasan lagoi,untuk sekali masuk ke kawasan kolam kita harus beli tiket seharga Rp175.000,-/orang, bagitamu hotel natra dan anmon free

We thought this would be a large shopping mall and provide relief from the heat. There were only few shops that were of interested. The shuttle bus time table left us there for 3 hours so we got a taxi back. Did meet a reliable taxi driver who we engaged for a couple of trips around Bintan. The local restaurant by the beach looked interesting.

Great place to spend a full day there. Many activities and not so crowded. Most activities still require to be paid on top of entrance fee. Payment either by credit card or TOP up prepaid watch for easy payment

A man made beach that is perfect to visit with friends and family. Very nice place as well to have some picture for your social media accounts. Must visit

Such a fabulous destination. Staff were friendly and helpful and interacted well giving instructions to the teenagers. I was amazed and the cleanliness and size of the lagoon. Such a wonderful afternoon floating about in the warm water. Would definitely return!

For a short 1 hour boat ride away from the hussle and bustle, its a good place to come and just laze around.
A hive of activities await (of coz all which u need to pay) for those who need to pack their day.
For us, we just rented an electric scooter for 12 hours which provided us easy commute to the different places we want to go.
The place is not huge and the lagoon is shared by treasure bay whom have a seperate entrance about 700m away from the lobby of canopi.
Just sitting by the lagoon watching the activities going on can be quite fun if not for the heat and the sun
But all in a good place to wind down for 24 hours before heading back to madness

Crystal Lagoon swimming pool, the area is 6.3 ha. Designed like a sloping beach, the deeper the deeper, the taste of the water was salty like sea water. Outside the pool, there is a resting place for visitors, like a conventional beach. Around the pool there are pedestrian paths to accommodate visitors who want to get around

We had fun filled water activities at Crystal lagoon, a man made lagoon with several water activities. This place is ideal for people who are worried about huge waves during monsoon season. Many sea activities were suspended during this period but activities were ongoing at Crystal lagoon. We tried stand up paddle, kayaking, water tricycle, Zorb in waters and my kids' (aged 9 to 15) favourites were the water slide on a tube , water park which is inflatable like a bouncing castle with some obstacles . You can slide down into deep waters from this water park. My eldest tried the jetovator which was fun though expensive. So worth the money spent! Only 1 warning on the free inflatable slide near main entrance: the water is a bit too shallow for the slide, my boy hurt his lower back slightly as he landed hard on the floor. Water was only knee height so have to be more careful.

Hi there, i like to know more about Crystal Lagoon.Any package or free & easy for 2 adults on 19 April to 21 April.
We not sure to come with cruise just visit for few hours or to stay at your resort.I understand the deam cruise arrange for touring around at crystal lagoon?
Please advice thank u.
