The room was nice and clean but the level of service was poor and unhelpful. We were not told that the rooms - due to the Sabbath - would not finish until 9pm.

We attended a wedding yesterday and chalked it up as a never again experience.
The food and the amenities in the garden was ok but inside the cutlery and crockery was not clean and the food was awful. The steak was burnt and served with a knife that could be used as a butter knife. To top it all our grand daughters cell phone was stolen by one of the waiters. It was only after the threat of calling the police that the phone was returned on the quiet without the SIM card. Please consider all other alternatives before choosing this place for a wedding.

The place needs renewal as soon as possible, everything is old. Massage was just awful and staff very rude and unfriendly. Will never ever go back.

עם קבלת החדר , חדר חם ומיזוג לא פועל נסיון להפעיל מערכת מיזוג לא התאפשרה עקב, (אין לחצן או מפסיק )לצורך הפעלה של המזגן לאחר 10 דקות מגיע איש אחזקה משלים את המפסק החסר המזגן הופעל אך המזגן לא מקרר חם מאוד לא נעים חוזר שוב איש אחזקה עם איש מיזוג מנקה את מסנן המזגן אך עדיין אין קירור חוזר שוב פעם נוספת איש המיזוג לאחר כ 20 דקות פותח ברז בחלון השרות של המזגן ואומר זהו הבעיה סודרה לאחר 20 דקות נוספות שוב המיזוג לא פעול טוב אין קירור בקיצור בלגן פניתי שוב לקבלה ואמרתי שזה לא יכול להמשך כך עניין המיזוג בהמשך התברר שגם המקרר לא פועל לאחר כ 45 דקות מקבלים מקרר מחליף לחדר , בהמשך הודעה מהקבלה על אפשרות להחליף חדר מתארגנים מקפלים ציוד ועוברים לחדר מחליף המון בלגן ועצבים וכעס וכך בוזבז לנו יום מהשהות שלנו במלון ומכך ביום עזיבתנו בגלל חוסר מצב רוח ומעוגמת הנפש שנגרמה לנו יצאנו את המלון בשבת בשעות הבוקר ששהותנו יכלה להתארך עד 17.00 נוסף על כך שגם מנעול החדר לא היה תקין וגם מכשיר הטלוויזיה השמיעה רעשים לא נעימים לאחר חצי שעה של הדלקת הטלוויזיה בקיצור חוויה לא נעימה ואין תמורה לכספנו אבזור החדרים מיושן ולא עונה לצרכים במיוחד מערכת מיזוג האוויר

A wide range of massages are provided by specialists trained in techniques from over the world, using the healthful energies of aromatic oils, hot stones, shells and the wonders of human touch. You can have breakfast at the hotel, use the gym and the pool. Finish getting massages. Perfect!!!
