Cooking with Ann was an amazing experience! She takes you to the market to get fresh ingredients and explains everything! Ann is super friendly and she sends you the recipes after the class so you can try to recreate all the amazing dishes at home! Taking her cooking class is a must while you’re in chiang rai!

Great experience! Ann is a very kind host, she gives a lot of information on the Thai specialities and teached us how to make traditionel Tom Kha. Really nice.

Ich habe meiner Freundin den Kochkurs bei Ann geschenkt. Da wir schon Gerichte im Kopf hatten, haben wir desn Costum Kurs gewählt.
Ann hat uns am Hotel abgeholt. Danach sind wir über einen Markt gelaufen und haben die Zutaten für das Essen eingekauft. Auf den Markt haben wir auch mehrere Sachen probiert, die Ann uns erklärt hat.
Danach haben wir die Gerichte gekocht. Ich und meine Freundin jeweils seperat, da sie die Gerichte vegetarisch gekocht hat.
Haben dann gekocht und währenddessen schöne Gespräche mit Ann geführt.
Kann den Kochkurs auf jeden Fall sehr empfehlen

We got in contact with ann for a morning cooking class & she responded immediately and friendly. So she picked us up in the morning and we felt imnediately at home with her. She took such amazing care of us and listened, explained and helped. She showed us through the market, we could try a ton of things and left the market (already much food with us) to get to ann. She has a comfy little hut in front of her home as a kitchen with working space for everyone. We cooked 4 meals and even an extra salad with mushrooms we saw at the market. You can tell Anns a pro in the kitchen, you can ask her anything. She is utterly patient and nice and had a really great sense of humour. Time flew by and we didnt want to leave. Book this class with Ann, we highly recommend it! Thank you Ann for everything. You are simply amazing.

Brilliant experience, from start to finish. Ann responded to our booking request quickly and confirmed arrangements to collect us from our hotel. Shopping for ingredients at the market was fun and informative, and the class facilities and instruction were fantastic. We each cooked 4 dishes all of which were delicious, and left feeling very satisfied. Ann also dropped us back at our hotel. This was such a good way to learn about and try the local food, and I would highly recommend the experience 😊

Wow! Had a blast taking this class with Ann. She was very helpful, knowledgeable, and a joy to learn from. She let us choose a custom menu of 4 items and I feel like we had a great grasp of the ingredients and the dishes themselves by the end. She also helped us navigate a Thai market and showed us how to find the freshest ingredients. Came famished and left stuffed, with leftovers! Highly recommend taking this class if you're in Chiang Rai - very worth it!

We took part in Ann’s cooking class this week and it was amazing, definitely our favourite thing in Chiang Rai. Ann is really lovely and has such good patience even for beginners level. It was really interesting visiting the markets and learning how to cook from scratch. Thanks so much Ann!

Ann est avant tout une personne passionnée par la cuisine et qui prend beaucoup de plaisir à vous faire découvrir les richesse de la cuisine thaïlandaise, ce qui vous permet de passer un moment de partage des plus agréable.
Tout s'est déroulé parfaitement, nous avons fait connaissance avec Ann lorsqu'elle est venue nous chercher à notre Hôtel pour nous emmener parcourir différents marchés de la ville aux couleurs et saveurs extraordinaires (suivez bien Ann pour ne pas vous perdre tellement ils sont grands !).
Ensuite, nous avons pris la direction de chez Ann pour aller cuisiner tous ces produits frais que nous venions d'acheter. Ann prend vraiment le temps de vous expliquer les us et coutumes de la cuisine Thaïlandaise.
Les plats étaient vraiment délicieux et en très grande quantité, Ann nous a même proposée de faire des doggy bag pour emporter les restes.
Une fois le repas terminé, elle prend le temps de discuter avec vous et d'échanger sur son merveilleux pays.
Nous avons fait la rencontre d'une personne d'une grande sympathie avec qui nous avons passé un moment très agréable !
Petits conseils :
- Rechercher des idées de recettes typiques à faire avant le jour du cours.
- Ne pas prendre de petit déjeuné le matin du cours.
- Ne pas voyager directement l'après midi pour pouvoir emmener les doggy bag.
- Faire ce cours de cuisine avec Ann sans hésiter !

We chose Cooking with Ann because we wanted to learn more about Northern Thai food and Ann's extensive menu gave us the opportunity. We have been to several cooking classes when visiting Thailand and Ann's is one of the best.
Ann picked us up from our accommodation, talked to us about what we wanted to cook as we drove to a local market. Ann purchased the fresh food we needed to cook the recipes we chose, and told us about the unfamiliar food at the market.
Back at Ann's house we got to work cooking - preparing the ingredients needed for the food we chose.
The class was a joy and a delight. We learnt about the northern Thai people and the food they ate.
The food we prepared was delicious.
So pleased we came to this cooking class.
Highly recommend Cooking with Ann
