Disgustingly impudent manager named Jan who absolutely does not know how to talk to his clients. You pay 2500 baht for a service and they are rude to you as if you paid 250 tenge. This spa salon is not worth this money. I do not recommend it to .

The spa is located near a very busy street which has a lot of traffic. During the two hour spa, all we could hear is car horn. Let's change the shop's name to let's not relax

No, it is not as cheap as alternatives around it BUT:
It's super clean and 5-star facilities. Cleanliness is very important if you want a *REAL* massage in Patong. IYKYK
Professional service, very attentive staff. A very well-done massage, I've never heard my back crack like that before.

The most clean spa and safe for Covid! We had to get through Salivtest first then we got massage after that. Not share towels with others as other small massage place! Great technicians and so clean and gorgeous! Must try!

My experience with Lets Relax 3rd Street was amazing. I got the Full Spirit Package when I visited this Spa. It is pricier that other Massage Shops, but what I got is all worth it. Regards to Anthony and Lamyai, both did their job above and beyond.
Firstly, the front desk staff Anthony was so welcoming and knowledgeable about their services. He definitely help me out in choosing which particular massage I really need.
Lastly, the masseuse Lamyai provided probably the best massage I ever had. She possess both gentle hands and powerful grip. These two combinations help me relieve my muscle aches.
It was soo good that I even recommended this to my friend, after getting two disappointing massages at random massage shops.

According to my first experience in Let's Relax Spa, I just could score 50 to 60 out of 100. Reasons:
- Too many guests from Mainland China
e.g. They tried to push the toilet door even if I locked the door and did not apologise to me. The main factor is that no staffs come to assist me.
- Due to many guests from China, the service quality was quite bad and totally out of my expectation in accordance with the fee they had charged.
- I said to the massage staff to lower the temperature, but she asked me to wait ... and I waited for 3 minutes while she needs to complete her massage part, I felt that they are not so respecting their guests btw.
My suggestion: it is better to use an international strategy to set the marketing plan instead of China Strategy, as I wish I could bring my friends and relatives to there before my experience, now.. I am surely I won't go there again as it is absolutely not deserved to spend 2 hours right there.

This is the best spa. The feel.is classy and neat. The treatmant isnso good that no spa in phuket can match it. Must visit this place .

Let's Relax 也是网红按摩店了，芭东的这家天天爆满，预约后做了个2小时泰式按摩。总体手法不错，环境也挺好，200人民币的价格比国内要便宜不少，性价比很高。
