Major accident waiting to happen and nobody gave a dam!!
My daughter was told/pushed down slide by life guard however another person (man) had not exited before he did so causing him to crash head on with force into each other!!!!
My daughters ankles swollen and all her legs bruised on both legs.
I asked to speak with a manager because could of been so much worse god forbid it wasn’t.
Only one life guard was manning three slides hence why this horrendous thing happened.
Again I tired to explain this to them but nobody wanted to know and conveniently manager wasn’t there and guest liaison lady was least helpful!
Day totally ruined as he was laid up all day and caused so much upset.
Be aware of lack of health and safety with your children.
After speaking with people staying at hotel as we was only visiting for day they said it wasn’t first time it had happened either.
Picture is of the slide also was witnessed by Turkish people who where also horrified.

Well … if you like loud techno beat music; foam party; pretty poor quality food (chips, chicken nuggets, burgers, pizza and kebabs); very high sugar drinks, this might be the place for you?
That said, there is lot of stuff for young kids … to about 12 or so to enjoy: slides, water features etc.
If you go as a day visitor, food and drinks are included but as previously stated, it is not great! You can buy alcoholic drinks, but these are VERY expensive

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Das Hotel ist perfekt für Familien. Viele Rutschen und tolles Animationsprogramm. Das Essen ist schmackhaft und abwechslungsreich. Tolle Salatbar. Wir können das Hotel nur weiter empfehlen.

At first the charge seemed expensive for our family, but once inside, the facilities were pretty good, and the entrance price included great food and non alcohol drink. We had a great day here, just take care as health & safety is not at the standard we are used to; keep a close eye on your children using the slides and flumes. Highly recommend this place.

Otlel is very cool! The people working are very friendly, funny, cool! I especially liked Fatih! In general, I recommend the hotel 10/10

Very cool hotel! the location of the hotel is very convenient. People who work are cool, funny, they always know how to cheer up! Coolest Serhat! all in all I recommend the hotel 10/10.

I've left a bigger review on the Club Aqua Plaza Hotel page, as this water park is connected to it but Aqua Fun City deserves a review too. We loved the slides, food, drink, entertainment and most of all the staff, especially Nazmi! So great with our daughters. Thanks!
