Turla gitmemize rağmen şarap mahzenini gezemedik. Tadım yapmak zaten ücretli ve saat 17:00’a kadarmış. Biz gittiğimizde saat 18:00 civarıydı, çalışan arkadaş gayet rahat bir şekilde alın da gidin evimize gideceğiz dedi. Çalışanlar lakayıt ve bilgisiz sadece laf cambazlığı yapıyorlar.
Fiyatlar zaten pahalı. Tavsiye etmiyorum

Daha önce de ismini duyduğum,Turasan şaraplarından Ürgüp ziyaretimde hediye olarak aldım sadece tek sorun tadına bakamadım.

I visited this winery in 2020 with friends and was very happy. We paid for a guided tour and wine tasting with an English speaker. The staff were friendly and very helpful İ bought a dozen bottles of wine and they we all delicious
I went back recently and was very disappointed with the whole experience.
the person who served us spoke a very approximate English and had obviously learnt his texts by heart.
when we went back to the shop to buy some wine the service was no better and one of the staff yawned while he was serving us

Yıllardır severek gittiğimiz Turasan Wine House maalesef bizi çok üzdü. Fiyatları çok artmış ayrıca şarap tadımı yapmamaları zaten başlı başına bir hezimet. Restorana bile gittiğimizde şarabın tadına bakıp öyle sipariş veriyoruz ki burası şarap evi! Acilen bu saçma uygulamayı bitirip tekrar tadım olayının başlaması dileğiyle...

We were doing a tour trip with a tour operator for one day in Cappadocia.
At the end of the day, they offered to who wanted to do it, a wine tasting experience.
We accepted, since we had never done it before.
This experience was inside a stone building, that is the same where the shop is located.
They asked us which type of tasting experience we wanted to do.
We could try 6 glasses of different bottles.
It was up to us choosing if we wanted to try only red, only white, only rose or a mix of them.
We chose 3 white wines and 3 red wines.
Some names that we remember are: Merlot, Sauvignon, Muscat, Öküzgözü.
The sommelier speaks Turkish and English.
She explained to us that all these bottles had grapes cultivated in Turkey, how every type was cultivated, which climate every grape preferred and last but not least, she recommended us the order to try them for us to appreciate them most.
She was very knowledgeable.
It was possible tasting near wines, some breadsticks, to remove the flavour of the previous wine.
We really liked the taste of all of them and we felt the difference between every wine very clearly.
We are not experts to judge them, but we really enjoyed the experience.
The location was romantic and striking.
We recommend to do it at least one time in the life.

Maalesef tam bir tuzak gibi, okadar yol gittik ziyaret etmek için ama sadece tur ile gelen ziyaretçilere izin veriyorlarmış fabrikanın içini gezmek için, fabrikaya kadar getirtip bişeyler aldırtmaya çalışıyorlar 😕

Şarap almak için içeri girdik boş olmasına rağmen personel üstten bakışları çok rahatsız edici ilgi alaka sıfır sadece marka diye gelmeyin tavsiye etmiyorum

Şarapları iyi olsa tadım yaptırmaktan çekinmezler denmişti,yine de gittim fakat paramızla bile tadım yapamadık…Grup var dendi içerim bomboştu ilgi sıfır paranızla rezillik
