Company to fleerrr whatever the price!

We had booked our flight in Mongolia as soon as we arrived in Turkey that is to say around 14/09/24 for a flight over the valley of sangali on 19/09/24! On the day D 1h before the flyover i.e. at 3am (while we slept) they send us an email to cancel the flyover for « weather conditions » while we saw people leaving for the same excursion but with other company, in short absolutely not serious company I do not understand how they are as well note on tripadvisor it wastes moments expected for several days without offering you anything behind! They leave you in trouble when you come especially for it and you stay 3 days tripadvisor doesn’t care if they cash

What to do despite the Award

Extraordinary experience, we were very well received with breakfast in the morning before takeoff! In flight we took full eyes! The landscape seen from the sky is beautiful

Amazing and wonderful experiences

It was such an excellent and amazing trip, with wonderful experiences thanks to Ali, who guided us throughout the entire Cappadocia trip with plentiful knowledge so we know all the histories about the beautiful places.

furqan ahmet amazing pilot skills, professional, goes up with ease and confidence, then takes you into the valley.... then.... i will let them surprise you!!! professional pickup service in a tiptop vehicle, sweet grandma serves you predawn breakfast, then you are off! sunrise over mount ergiyes breathtaking. stunning views and soft landing and post 🍾 celebration. punctual drop off. few fairy chimneys were spectacular ✨️

These 9 days in Turkey were one of the best days of our life. Thanks to Pupa Travel.

Tour Planning : The tour was planned efficiently by Edip based on our requirements. A detailed itinerary was sent which included the dates, domestic flight details, hotel details, places to visit and inclusions and exclusions. All queries and changes were responded to / handled without delays and no follow-ups were required.

Tour Execution: Flawlessly executed. We always had details in advance on who is going to pick us up at the international and domestic airport and the details of the tour guides for the specific location. The tour guides were never late. They were knowledgeable on the history of the place. As said, Turkey is the cradle of civilization and hence every place of interest has significant history associated with it and hence the knowledge of the tour guide becomes important. The vans and busses were well maintained with experienced drivers.

Alican, our tour guide in Cappadocia, deserves a special shout out. In the first few minutes of meeting him, we knew that our Cappadocia experience would be great. He loves his job, he likes Cappadocia and he loves chatting with people. He had an interesting way of communicating the history behind a place, which kept our curiosity high as well at all times about the place and what we would be seeing next. During travels between places, he ensured that he sat with us rather than with the driver and keeping us busy with past and current facts about Turkey or in some cases talking about his own personal life.

Overall a great experience with Pupa Travel. Highly recommended.

Nightmare experience.

On May 3, 2024 my cousin and I took a flight from Istanbul to Seoul, Incheon. We requested seats together so I gave up my purchased seat to sit next to my cousin. I explained to the flight attendant that I had requested a special meal since I have specific dietary needs. She said that she couldn’t find name and asked if I had done it within 48hrs. I informed her that I had made the request when I purchased the ticket but was not aware of their 48 hrs notice rule. She had two choices for meals none of which was within my dietary specifications. She said she would help me find a suitable meal. Later she brought me some bread and some eggplant. I was very hungry and had nothing else to eat so I put the eggplant inside the bread and ate it. About an hour later, I began experiencing cramping in my stomach and severe stomach aches. I had to use the bathroom and realized that I had serious diarrhea. My flight was a total disaster, I ended up spending hours with griping pain in the bathroom. At one point I was dizzy. I reported to the flight attendant and she asked me if I needed her to call the doctor. I really didn’t want to create a scene so I declined. My diarrhea continued for remainder of the flight and even after I reached my final destination. I ended soiling my pants and had to walk through the immigration line with feces on my clothes. This was the most embarrassing experience I’ve ever had.
The flight attendant was very worried and took my name and email address saying the airline would reach out to me. However, they haven’t.
I am wondering where in the fine print is this information about requesting special meals 48 hours prior to travel.
Because of this traumatic experience I am canceling my return trip with Turkish airline for fear of having another traumatic flight experience.

Turkish Delight!

We contracted with Pupa Tourism and Travel for a privately guided tour of 7 days and all went smoothly and seamlessly. We were picked up from the Istanbul International Airport on time and were greeted by a driver who took us to our hotel in the Sultanahmet District of Istanbul. Our guide the next day was Edip Ozcan Arslan who had extensive knowledge of the history of the sights we visited. He also worked with us to arrange two meetings with our foreign exchange sister from 1972 and whom we had not seen in many years.

Our tour included a 1-1/2 hour cruise on a private yacht on the Bosporus. They were ready for us and were friendly and welcoming. The boat itself was very clean and comfortable and we were provided with a delicious plate of different fruits and Turkish coffee. Totally excellent!

After Istanbul, we travelled to Cappadocia. Our guide helped us navigate through the Turkish Airline process. Our tour in Cappadocia was very special and included the World Heritage sights we planned to see. Pupa then arranged for our flight to Ephesus where again all went smoothly and efficiently. We were picked up by the driver who transported us to our hotel via a quick stop at a local mall that we requested. Our guide the next day at Ephesus ruins provided us with thorough information about the history of this area.

All lunch stops were arranged by Pupa and were delightful places with good Turkish food. Pupa was flexible and efficient and provided the direction we needed to make our trip enjoyable. The experience with all drivers and private vans was perfect. We felt safe the entire way. Our last driver made it a point to ask if we needed a toilet stop and helped us with luggage, etc. He helped us obtain our boarding pass at the ferry in Marmaris and made sure we were in the right line to board the ferry to Rhodes.

In summary, you can have complete confidence in Pupa Tourism and Travel agency.

Turkish Delight!

In general, the country of Turkey is a great place to visit. We took several flights on Turkish Airlines between cities. They were always on time or early. We also took a ferry between Turkey and Rhodes and this also left on time. Turkey currently boasts the largest airport in the world. It is very modern.

We were picked up from the Istanbul International Airport on time and were greeted by a driver who took us to our hotel in the Sultanahmet District in Istanbul. Our guide the next day was Edip Ozcan Arslan who had extensive knowledge of the history of the sights we visited. He accompanied us in Istanbul and Cappadocia taking us through the Turkish Airline process. He also worked with us to arrange two meetings with our foreign exchange sister from 1972 and whom we had seen in many years.

Cappadocia was very special with many wonderful World Heritage sights to see. We stayed at the Argos Hotel which has excellent views of this enchanting area. Dinner at this hotel was a highlight.

From Cappadocia, we flew to Ephesus where all went smoothly and efficiently. I cannot remember the name of our guide, but he spoke English well and provided us with thorough information about the ruins of Ephesus.

All lunch stops arranged by Pupa were delightful places with good Turkish food.

The experience with all drivers and private vans was perfect. We felt safe the entire way. Our last driver made it a point to ask if we needed a toilet stop and helped us with luggage, etc. He helped us obtain our boarding pass at the ferry in Marmaris and made sure we were in the right line to board the ferry to Rhodes.

I pre-selected most of the hotels, except the one in Kusadasi (Ephesus area). The Villa Ephesus was selected by Pupa and was a charming place on the side of a hill overlooking the harbor with good access to the town. The breakfast there was excellent and the setting with jasmine and bougainvilleas provided an enchanting ambiance.

In summary, you can have complete confidence in Pupa Tourism and Travel agency.
