They were really kind and helpful in there and made a very high quality suit that fit perfectly. I was able to go in for extra fittings and they worked very quickly as I did not have lots of time

We have been to see Luna 4-5 times over the last 6 years. We have always received great service and her tailoring has been fantastic. We generally get business shirts and shorts. Very hsppy and will always have our clothes made by her!

What can I say? Luna's is an amazing tailors shop of the beaten track. Suit ready within 24 hours and 2 dresses and Jacket ready in 48 hours. You want suits and shirts made then Luna is a must. Lovely Luna made ours experience so easy and pleasant. Reasonable prices with 100 % service.

I ordered a few dresses and a skirt from Luna and am happy with everything. It all fit first time and was ready within 24 hours. She is a lovely person and will help you and give you advice on colours and styles. For the price I think the products are decent and I would go back.

Ik heb zojuist mijn custom-made lange jurk en korte jumpsuit opgehaald en ze zitten perfect! Luna is niet bang om eerlijk advies te geven en zal het ook zeggen wanneer iets je niet staat, verfrissend. Daarnaast kon ze voor een vriendin van mij vandaag (op de dag van ons vertrek) nog heel snel een al bestaande jumpsuit aanpassen zodat zij hem zou passen. Kortom: een aanrader!

I was recommended this place after meeting Lan who was selling souvenirs on the beach. She is a really nice person and I decided to take her recommendation.
I went that evening to be measured and having seen the shop started to have reservations but Luna was really friendly and appeared to know what she was doing.
I went back the next day and the first fitting wasn't great and the suit looked cheap. Luna said that she would send it for alterations but took no accurate measurements to show where the problems were. I was told to go back the following day at 12:00 and she was aware that was my last day in Hoi An.
I arrived the next day at 12:45 and had to wait for about 20 minutes for the suit to arrive.
When I tried it on it was truly awful. There was loads of extra cloth around 1 arm and one arm was longer than the other. I was told by Luna that it was fine and that she knew as she did hundreds of suits. I made it clear that it was cheap looking and had been very badly made, She suggested that I ask somebody in the street what they thought. I found a couple who confirmed that it did not fit. At this stage Luna burst into tears. I said that I did not want the suit and that I wanted my 2,000,000 VND deposit back. She said that she could not give me the money back.
She then called the tailor who came, made cursory measurements and took the suit away to be recut.
When I returned the suit was like something out of a very cheap shop. Luna at this stage, who was still crying, admitted that there were problems with the suit and accepted that it was not perfect but would still not give me back my deposit.
She said that part of the problem was that I had uneven shoulders. I pointed out that the purpose of having a tailored suit was to take those differences into account.
I felt so sorry for her as she had not stopped crying that I agreed to pay her a further 1,000,000VND for a suit that I will never be able to wear.

With so many choices in HoiAn it's hard to know where to start. I went with Luna and could not fault her service. Luna is friendly and lovely. She has great English skills (which makes the explainations so much easier!) and a good understanding of quality tailoring work. Luna was very honest in what was possible and what could not easily be done. I had a standard linen men's shirt, a traditional vietnamese silk dress for myself, and a completely different man's waistcoat (from a picture only) made. Luna was able to access a wide range of materials to choose from. After minor adjustments (to be expected) all three come back just as I wished. I had some pieces made at other tailors in HoiAn and can honestly say that Luna's product was equal or superior to theirs, and her prices and service were the best. I'd recommend Luna to anyone wanting good clothes at the best price.

We visited this place based on the display. When we went inside we were greeted warmly. We ordered a dress which was made a day later but had to be taken for alteration twice. The end product was ok. There are many better places up the street they are on (Tran Phu street)

Bij Luna heb ik een jumpsuit laten maken en een overhemd laten namaken. Mijn vriendin heeft er ook twee jumpsuits laten maken. We zijn beide erg blij met het resultaat! Luna is een ontzettend vriendelijke, behulpzame en grappige vrouw, ze heeft ons heel goed geholpen voor een goede prijs ($100,- voor 4 items).

Place is a scam.
If you want to loose money this is the place to do it.
The clothing quality is poor and the sewing technique is at best amateur. The fabric is childish and as flimsy as single ply toilet paper.
Three designs were presented to the tailors and accepted with much ease and confidence. Tailors took our measurements and we felt assured our dream outfits would come to fruition.
After 4 days and several fit sessions later, the three designs all drastically failed to meet expectations.
-Dress looked like a cheap hospital gown
-Overalls came out looking like a 2 year old boy 's school uniform
-And a simple blouse looked like a ghetto Mexican lamp shade
In hindsight the clothes may have been a little high end for their mediocre skill but the place was so desperate for business they played up a facade of mastery of the art. DO NOT BE FOOLED!
Customer service lacks in all areas. Luna fails to negotiate. "Warning: you might get threatened" .
Clothes are gaudy and overpriced. If you are considering getting clothes tailored here, think again. You will end up looking cheap and trashy. You can get better clothes at Walmart. Save yourself and shop elsewhere. Hoi An has way better options than this dump.
Overall it was a horrible experience and you can get treated way better in other shops.
On the plus side, we did manage to get 7$ back for the trouble. Less than a quarter of what we paid.
P.S. The leather store next door is also a rip off. You can get better leather if you made the leather yourself from a cow.
