Great tour!!

A perfect day, with the perfect guide. Thank you for making this tour special
My day with my tour guide Le was even more special than I would have hoped. Le made me laugh a with all his tales and vibrant personality. He also shared so much history about each place and monument we saw with so much passion that he inspired me to learn more about Vietnam history! Just a perfect day, with a perfect guide enjoying my last day on my trip in Vietnam! This girl is happy and smiling 😊

Amazing tour!!

We had an amazing tour with our guide, Mr. Ty!! He was funny, knowledgeable and very organized. He got us to each site before all the big tour groups so we could enjoy the locations to mostly ourselves. It was great and we were so thankful to have the pleasure of having him as our guide :) I would highly recommend booking with him!

Great experience!

While I was researching and planning my trip to Vietnam with my husband, I noticed this tour offers all the spots I wanted to visit and Andy has been amazing from the start to arrange the reservation and checked up on us the night before and give clear instructions as well as confirm if there are any food allergies.
As for the tour itself, we had Mr. Le as our tour guide and Tri as our driver. They were wonderful company the whole day. Mr. Le arrived early and greeted us at our hotel Lobby. He gave us a lot good historical information regarding the places we are going as well as fun facts and he even cracks jokes. ALSO he knows all the great spots to take photos and takes great photos, that’s a bonus! Lunch was delicious! We got a taste of local food banh xeo and Bun cha which was what I’ve been wanting to try! Mr. Le taught us how to properly eat banh xeo and now I’m addicted. But really, highly recommend this tour! They provide water and nice cold hand wipes after each excursion since it’s so hot outside. As promised, safe driver, the entire drive was smooth that my husband and I fell asleep on the drive from Ba Na Hills to the lunch spot. Thankyou Andy, Mr. Le and Tri for taking good care of my husband and I and for the memories !

Friendly and Helpful Tour Operator. Highly Recommended!

We received a WhatsApp message from Andy the day before the tour, to reaffirm our booking as well as provide us the necessary info on the upcoming tour, which is very assuring.

The next day, the vehicle arrived on time to pick us up from our hotel at 8 am to start the tour. The vehicle is clean and spacious. Cold drinks and tissues were constantly provided, especially since this tour is conducted under the scorching May sun. The English-speaking tour guide Mr. Kong is very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly.

Overall, the tour is very enjoyable and I have no hesitation in recommending Andy Private Tours and Transfers for your holiday needs in Da Nang.

Afterthought: For a more pleasant (less sweaty) experience, suggest visiting Da Nang in the cooler months, e.g. Sep, Oct.

Amazing full day tour of exquisite sites in Danang
We were taken to the breathtaking Bana Hills in the cable car. The views from the cable car is totally amazing. The Golden Bridge, well manicured gardens, French Quarter, castles and beautiful landscape is not to be missed and will be part of my most memorable moments in Vietnam. We then did Marble and Monkey mountains with all the exquisite Buddha's and beautiful gardens. We enjoyed a lovely Vietnamese local lunch and the driver provided cold water and refresher towels whenever we hopped back into the car to move onto the next point. Mr Le, our tour guide, was also our photographer for the day and always suggested great photo spots. While travelling to the various stops he shared the history of the area as well as what the beautiful sites had to offer. The trip was thoroughly enjoyed and is highly recommended.

Great trip with excellent private guide

This was a superb full day trip combining Ba Na Hills and the cable car, the Golden Hand Bridge and monkey/marble mountains.
We had Mr Le for the private tour and he was extremely knowledgeable, passionate and made sure everything was to our satisfaction the whole day. Lunch was good and plentiful.
An excellent trip which was a long day but that was what we wanted to avoid travelling on 2 separate days. Setting off early to Ba Na Hills meant that we avoided the crowds.
We had a great day and it was a good overall trip that I would highly recommend.
Be aware that Ba Na Hills and the bridge are in a theme park (Disney like) - for those not aware it could be a surprise and not meet expectations.

5 STAR Tour experience
Our experience was 5 star. Andy met met at the hotel to arrange a private itinerary and obtain payment, very professional and trustworthy!
Tour bus was very modern and clean, driver was safe and professional too, water was also provided.
Our tour guide Ty, was awesome! He was very knowledgeable , obliging and so friendly, we cannot fault him !
Our tour took us to Ba Na hills, Golden bridge, dragon bridge, Monkey mountain, Lady Buddha and Marble mountain. The best part was that Ty knew all the in’s and outs and seemed to fast track us through any busy parts of the tour, in particular at Ba Na Hills. Ty even managed to take a photo of our party on the Golden bridge, where it appears as though we were the only ones there! (Definitely a mean feat)
The tour also included lunch and drinks at restaurant in Na Dang, that dished up some really great food, all 6 of us were happy!
It was a massive day out and worth every cent. Do your research but based on our experience, I think this operator will be hard to top.

Exceptional Service!


Wow!! From the moment l contacted Andy he service was outstanding, l had booked all my tours and hotel/airport transfers before heading off to Vietnam from Australia, he made this such a easy transaction even made sure l was comfortable paying all up front which this was my decision to pay.

He was always responsive to all my messages and nothing was too hard.
My itinerary was simple and easy to follow and ensured me that l had nothing to worry about.
All his tour guides and drivers were amazing, very friendly and kind. We loved Mr Lee very friendly and knowledgeable, we highly recommend.
At our last tour Andy surprised us at lunchtime to meet me, l can't say thank you enough Andy for your kindness and it was such a pleasure to meet you in person.
We have booked Vietnam for 2024 and l will defiantly be giving you a call

The best tour we took in Vietnam!

We had such a great time! If you are wavering on doing a private or group tour, this is the private tour to do! Kong (apologies if I spelled that wrong) was fantastic. Just overly kind and passionate about showing us around. The guy takes great pictures and will happily take you to the best spots, you truly don't even have to think about it. And the restaurant for lunch was great, not like a lot of other places large tour groups will take you. We learned so much about the places we went to and current events in Vietnam just having conversations with Kong all day. This was hands down the best tour we did while in Vietnam. Thanks again for such a great day!
