We went end of February. The pools are not heated so most were a little cold for us.
That didn’t matter much as the thermal pools were perfect temperature. We spent 6 wonderful hours there.
Count on a 1-hour taxi ride. I had the driver pick us up around closing time (17:00).

It was amazing. We went on a not really busy season so the whole park is so nice and private. Everything is clean and well- keep despite the low tourist season. Waterslides is all SO MUCH FUN. Nice/helpful employee and awesome/ zen hot springs areas to chill and relax. Impressive amount of dinosaurs
Only down side is the drink is a bit pricy so make sure you bring some extra water
My tip : you should go early in the morning so that you have time to explore almost a whole park and pack some light lunch if you don’t get used to BBQ food
We think it is the great values even for a standard 450k package and def coming back for the second time. Can’t wait !!

It was pouring down with rain so we were abit worried. However, it was amazing! The slides were lots of fun and big too. The hot springs were perfect to warm up in the rain and they also had cold ones too for it was a sunny day. The dinosaurs were surprisingly impressive. The whole park was so beautiful. I could visit again and again without getting bored!

The entire place was super clean. I would suggest that you finish the 12D and 9D films first in your dry clothes and then change to your swimwear. There are lockers available for free and changing rooms were clean! Then on to the water rides.only 3-4 rides were functional when we went but we had good fun.After that just enjoy the hot springs. There was a cold spring and hot spring and it is suggested to alternate between hot and cold springs for a good effect. The best part is we went on a week day and there was no crowd at all. There is also an onsen and sauna room and the staff were very helpful and the entire place was super clean and family friendly!!! I really loved the hot springs and the entire place. Would definitely come here again!!!

The place is huge with free buggy ride around the park. A lot of pools to choose for you to swim. There is a spa, onsen, sauna and even a foot soak in warm water for relaxation. There are also buffet restaurants to choose from. A good place for family picnics and outing. Most children would have a good day in this area.

The mud bath was good and so was the massage. Water Park was poor with weird times for the rides, not sure why they all could not stay open. Pools were not clean enough and too much rubbish. Restaurants were also not good.

I have been here 3 times now with my family when we have stayed in Da Nang and have always enjoyed it. We last went on a weekday and there were no crowds so that made it even better. The water park is great for the kids and the hot pools are great for adults to relax in. The dinosaurs are very impressive and the whole place is set in a really nice landscape. If the low clouds come in late in the day, it actually looks like you're in Jurassic Park. It's a very good day out but would probably be a nightmare on the weekends.

It didn’t seem large on the map, but we stayed here for two nights and still couldn’t finish exploring the entire park. Was worried about visiting after reading the bad reviews, but it turned out that we thoroughly enjoyed our time there. Main reasons were:
1. LULL PERIOD = PRIVACY, CLEAN, GOOD SERVICE: There were ~10 other customers during our two days there. No crowds, no noisiness, just tranquility during soaking and lots of service provided since there were so few of us.
2. RECOMMENDED SEASON TO VISIT: Just before Tet, or basically avoid all local public and school holidays. It was end of winter just before Tet, so the 17-20 degrees Celsius weather was perfect for exploring the huge park without breaking into a sweat. This park is on a mountain that is opposite Bana Hills on Google Maps, so it has cool weather almost all year round, just like Bana Hills’. If you’re concerned about catching a chill from cold waterpark waters, consider going during warmer months.
3. HIGHLIGHTS: Definitely the beautifully landscaped and multiple-terraced outdoor hot and cold spring pools, Japanese-style 3-temperature onsen pools, TWO separate pools/ water park areas and you ABSOLUTELY cannot miss the DINOSAUR PARK! Dozens of these life-size, motion-sensor robotic dinosaurs will thrill your kids; and the walk among the lush greenery and around the football-field-size lake simply puts you in a good mood. Most reviewers didn’t mention visiting this, so they probably missed it. You gotta hail down their free electric carts/ golf buggies to get there or else it’ll be a long walk over.
4. FOOD: Yea, lull period meant only one restaurant open but that’s fine with us. Their Asian food was decent; their Western food wasn’t the best, but their omelettes, sausages, hash browns, pastas were passable. Our favourite was the onsen/ Hanjuku eggs station just above the hot springs area. Fun watching the eggs being cooked in the hot steamy shallow pools, and slurping down the half-cooked goodness thereafter.
5. STAY: It’s worth staying there especially if you intend to try different types of pools e.g. hot spring, cold spring, mud bath, onsen, etc. We liked that we didn’t have to rush through exploring the park, and we even got to enjoy the privacy and convenience of hot spring water flowing directly into our room’s marble bath tub while watching English TV channels.
BUDGET (PRICES), DURATION AND TRANSPORTATION PLANNING:
1. PRICES FOR DAY TRIPS: 400,000vnd per entry for all hot springs + onsens + dino parks, 300,000vnd per entry after 2pm (off-peak) or 200,000vnd per entry after 3pm (peak). Mud springs counted separately.
2. PRICES FOR ROOMS: Their double room at 30sqm is 1,600,000vnd / 70usd per night while their triple room at 35sqm is at 2,400,000vnd / 100usd with an extremely good-sized toilet with a view. If you’re not in a rush, absolutely recommend staying over. Buffet breakfast included. Overall good deal.
3. TRANSPORTATION: Liaised with our Grab driver to get us - 20 minutes from Bana Hills' base station and 30 minutes from/to the airport/most other beachfront hotels. It was AWESOME to visit Mountain (BanaHills), Hot Spring (this place), Beach (plenty in Danang) all in one holiday, ~30 minutes from each.

Горячий водоём особенно прекрасен под вечер, когда становится прохладно на улице и холодно в бассейнах. Есть аттракционы-горки для взрослых и для деток. Открывающиеся виды на горы прекрасны. Можно погулять по парку, посетить храм. Персонал вежливый, поясняет куда нужно идти. За 5 часов все посетить не удалось. Рекомендую!

I was very surprised when I arrived here. Previous reviews were obviously based on a different time of the year. I went in January and the place was "empty". Zero waits in line for the water park, restaurant not even close to being full, lot's of space in the hot spring pools. The water was beautiful to hang out in especially with the cooler temperatures (24 degrees). I am so glad that we went as the poor reviews made us think twice about going. I was hoping to chill on a pool lounger with a book but you should know there are no places like what you would expect at a regular poolside. This is a really beautiful spot in the green of the forest. The entrance is now 400,000 and we paid 1,200,000 for a driver to accompany us from Da Nang and back to our hotel at the end of the day.

The mud bath was an additional $100000 dong. On special at the moment. Normally $150000. Was so worth it
