Our recent family trip to Japan with Novoland tours was truly unforgettable. The itinerary was perfectly tailored for our three boys and my wife, offering a mix of cultural experiences and exciting adventures. Every detail was seamlessly handled, from airport transfers to hotel accommodations. The guides were knowledgeable and friendly, making our exploration of Japan even more enriching. If any difficulties were encountered, the tour agent was very responsive and helpful via whatsapp.We highly recommend this agency for crafting exceptional family travel experiences.

Recently used Novaland tours for Japan. Had a wonderful experience thanks to our travel guide Kate from Novaland tours. It was stress free, informative and all out fun thanks to itinerary planned with Kate. I would highly recommend Novaland tours and will use them again for future travel.

Our experience with Novaland Tours was nothing short of extraordinary! From start to finish, everything was seamless and exceeded all expectations. The true star of our journey was Cindy, our coordinator, who ensured every detail was handled with precision and care. Her communication, follow-ups, and flawless execution made our trip stress-free and truly memorable.
Every single one of our accommodations surpassed expectations, offering comfort, charm, and a sense of luxury that added so much to our trip. Special shoutout to our incredible tour guides—Yasuko, Masa, Yuki, and Ayumi—who were absolutely one in a million! Their knowledge, warmth, and attention to detail made our experiences in Japan unforgettable.
We were also touched by the extra special touches Novaland added to our trip: the stunning flowers left for us at our ryokan and the beautiful birthday decorations waiting for me at The Gate Hotel in Tokyo. These thoughtful surprises truly raised the bar for our travels!
I am genuinely amazed at the level of service we received and can’t thank Novaland Tours enough for making this journey so special. They’ve set a new standard for all my future trips!

Choosing Novaland for our Japan tour, I researched a few tour companies and was delighted to find Novaland Tours. They catered to pur wants and needs to fully check off the places we wanted to visit. We stated our budget and they were able taylor our tour to stay withi our budget without sacrificing any of the places we wanted to see. We were even pleasntly surprised to to have both private and group tours. We had Yumi as our private guide in Tokyo who went above and beyond her job to help us with some medication at a pharmacy. Our group tour to Mt. Fuji was special as we had clear skies making it face to face with Mt. Fuji at the 5th Station. Our Shinkansen x3 experience was unforgetable. Kyoto was another great experience especially with Our private guide Chizuko who was excellent. Like Yumi, they both catered to our needs and gave us good recommendations with transportation from Tokyo to the airport which was the only ticket Novaland did not purchase for us. Chi even accompanied us to the train ticket office to book it and recommended that we take the airport train from Shinagawa and not from Tokyo station which would be very crowded. Novaland takes care of eberything to make your travel & tour hassle-free. Lastly, your mobile WiFi is at the first hotel you are booked in. They send it already with a return envelope, all you need is a post office drop box and you are all set!!!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish!
The transportation from the airport to the hotel was seamless, and Lina, our guide, was warm, friendly, and accommodating. The itinerary was thoughtfully planned, making our trip smooth and enjoyable.
A special shoutout goes to Mr. Ota, who truly made our trip unforgettable. His dedication to ensuring we experienced authentic local cuisine was remarkable. Every recommendation was spot-on, and we appreciated his deep knowledge of the local culture. Beyond his professionalism, Mr. Ota’s friendly demeanor and great sense of humor kept us laughing throughout the journey.
He went above and beyond by buying small souvenirs for our kids, who absolutely adored him. His thoughtful gesture of arranging a studio photography session for my wife, fulfilling her dream of wearing a kimono, was the highlight of our trip.
The 5-day tour with Mr. Ota was filled with joy, laughter, and unforgettable moments. We are incredibly grateful for his effort, kindness, and company. Thank you for making this trip so special for our family. We highly recommend this experience to anyone looking for a truly memorable journey!

My husband and I just completed a 5 week trip to Japan organized by Doris at Novaland Tours. We saw the brilliant fall foliage colors all across the country. We were very happy with every aspect of the trip. Doris made excellent recommendations for hotels, sights/activities and booked all our transportation. We had private drivers in more rural areas and took trains between major cities. She also booked excellent guides who provided useful information on history, culture, etc. We have traveled extensively and worked with many travel agents, but Doris stands out as the best. She showed amazing attention to detail and worked hard to insure everything we requested (and more !) was included in the trip. While there, we learned that Novaland Tours has an excellent reputation in Japan.

Our Tailor-made trip to Japan was an amazing experience. From the booking agent to the taxi drivers, the tour guides, everyone was very nice. The bullet train rides were great. Thank you Novaland tours, we'll be using you again.

My husband and I recently went to Japan and had a wonderful adventure. We used Novaland Tours, and Whitney was our tour coordinator. We went to Tokyo, Hakone, Takayama, Kanazawa, Kyoto, Osaka and Kobe. We would not have been able to visit these locations without the help of Whitney. She arranged all transportation for us, and she reserved all hotel stays and ryokan stays, and it was wonderful. Nothing went wrong, and if I had questions about anything, I would reach out to Whitney and she would respond immediately. Whitney from Novaland Tours was fantastic in arranging our journey, and because of her we really got to know Japan and its people. No words can describe our experience in Japan, the country is beautiful and the people are super nice. Without question, I would highly recommend that you use Novaland Tours if you plan to visit Japan, and I would also highly recommend that you request the services of Whitney. She was wonderful. Cindy was my agent and was great and helped when we need to make last minute change. She helped make a great itinerary and kept up with my group through the trip. The guide for tokyo YUMI was great for our small group of 4, as when we wanted to make changes or somthing better was around she was able to guide, suggest, and inform us. Very attentive to everyone in the group. If we could have took her with us to everywhere else we would have. Cindy will also help if you dobt click with a guide. The recommended hotels were just right for our group and the guides have a folder with your itinerary and fun things to know about where your going.

I am looking for a private tour in NAGASAKI combination of city tour in the morning and FARM TOUR in the afternoon on May 29.
Can you do this for me . We are 3 adults travelling together and will be in NAGASAKI from May 28-30 staying at JR KYUSHU HOTEL

Is Novaland tours genuine? Can someone help with this insecure feeling that i have cos its kinda scary to transfer the entire amount to an agency in a different country.

Nivaland Tpurs is genuine.
My wife and I had gone on 3 of their tours. Their main office is in China. We contact the agent by email and they tailor the tpur for us and contact the tour guides to meet us at the airport at the country we wanted to visit. Accommodation, food and transportation were great and convenience. Prices are reasonable. We wete afraid at first to transfer a large sum overseas but we check out all the review and when for it. We transfered through Western Union in US dollars and everything went smoothly.

What would an all day tour for 2 at a medium pace cost. First time visitor we would want to see the most popular places.
We have our hotel booked Brighton Hotel. We would be glad to share the tour with a few others.

Which place are you intending to visit, length of stay?
Our tour was a loop - Nagoya-Takayama-Shirakawago-Kyoto-Nara-Nagoya.
You could set your Budget , stating what sights you want.
For customised or private tours, the cost is higher than the usual tours, depending on the number of people.
You could write to them to enquire and then compare the prices.

They Do not exist in Japan call the Japan embassy and check or call Japan Police or Japan Tourism Agency [Access/Map]

it is Cheap price I checked they do not exist in Japan I called the travel bureau in Tokyo they told me they are a scam in case of accident or trouble they disappear think twice

Hi sorry for the late reply. The price depends on where you want to go do you want for lunch, do yoi want private or coach tour and what star rating hotels you want. We pick and choose the places, tours and accommodations and they work out the prices. We found the price reasonable and competitive.
