別府にノープランで来て、ここで色々とお願いしました。どの質問に対してもきちんと調べて答えてくれました。今までいろんな観光案内所で対応してもらいましたが、カジュアルな雰囲気がとても良かったです。また、空港行きのバスを待っているときにこちらでのんびり待たせてもらいました。ありがとうございました。

Very useful and informative info center right by the train station. We were helped by Timo and she was excellent, enthusiastic and with good English, she recommended several very cool onsens in the area. We asked for a traditional Japanese onsen and were not disappointed, she steered us towards less touristy options and I'm grateful for that!

Make sure you drop by for incredibly helpful advice on sightseeing around the Beppu area. Just outside the station in the same building. They have English language material and maps and spend time explaining how to get to places by bus. Fantastic service!

I stumbled into this company while looking for a map. I got a tour instead absolutely wonderful time abs I’m so glad I met these folks!
I was planning to wander around lost see what I could find. Instead I was delivered to all the best spots and experienced onsen like I never have before. If you don’t know what to do in Beppu talk to these guys!

I just moved to Beppu, Japan for a new job and I wanted to see what all Beppu has to offer. I decided to go on a tour with Wander Compass and I ended up with two really great guides, Koya and Chuchu. They took me to the Hells of Beppu and for an onsen experience. You are able to decide where to go, or you can leave it up to them all free of charge! I'm really glad I did it.

We got to see a lot of Kannawa area with our considerate guide. He was showing us some of the hells and a steam bath. We also ate at a steam place in Kannawa. It was a great experience and are highly recommended. We were well taken care of and had a great day.

I went with a nice and social guy. He was fun to talk with. He had planed a nice trip for us, and I enjoyed the places he showed us. I recommend this service if you like to walk around cities.

I had a really nice experience having a local tour with Wander Compass. The guides took us to a local onsen and we had a really great time there enjoying the authentic onsen among the beautiful nature. We also got the chance to learn more from talking to locals and enjoy the food we made together using onsen steam to cook.

The two guides from wander compass are the best! They are very friendly and full of knowledge, especially about Onsen and Kannawa. I discovered many unique and special place to visit thanks to the guide. I recommend using Tomodachi guide!
