Wonderful tour to Kolsay lakes. Temarlan guide was adorable. Visited Charybdis canyon and Kaindi lakes. The van was comfortable as well

The trip was awesome, lifetime one, my thanks to Yerbol for his guide throughout the trip , his driving , guidance , food was too good , his behavior was generous , overall good trip , well organized and planned

I and my boyfriend were on the tour with Almas. We were amazed by his knowledge, care, and enthusiasm. We could see many attractions in the tour and they amazed us. Besides, the local guesthouse was much better than i expected. We also love the lunches given in this tour, they were super delicious. Highly recommend to go on this 2-day tour, especially with Almas 👌

The trip was amazing, well organized, my thanks to Dana , our tour guide and the two trainee gentlemen with us, along with the driver for guiding us in the tour, Dana was excellent in her service, much humble, entire team was too good , I wish all the best to them and also my sincere thanks to the kazakhstan guided tour company

I'll start by saying the tour itself & the guide were very good.
The reason for my score is based on the accommodation. I stayed in the Yurt with two other people. They were both assistant guides on the trip. At 2:20am I was woken up by one of the guys in the tent because the tent was full of exhaust fumes. Luckily he woke up & we all got out. This is extremely dangerous. I find it hard to believe they don't have smoke detectors or carbon monoxide alarms in the tents when there is a heater attached to the side. The heater was still running when we evacuated. We were very lucky to get out but it could have easily ended extremely badly for everyone involved.
The picture attached is the Yurt after we got out.
Overall a good tour but I can't give a good rating based on the circumstances.

It was a trip that I made very good memories with. It was nice to be with travelers from various countries. The guide was kind and nice. However, the food was always the same and there was nothing to eat. There was a lack of consideration for foreign travelers.

I was able to visit some of the best sightseeing spots in Kazakhstan.
UL Dana was very friendly, kind and the best guide. She explained the spot, the culture of Kazakhstan, and told us a lot about herself!!

My guide Da Nang was very friendly and wonderful.

We were a sibling duo (21 and 23) and we loved this tour. Two days was perfect to get to know our group (7 of us + our fantastic guide Dana) and make new friends. We really enjoyed all the authentic meals and the sights. The yurt stay was fantastic, very warm and cosy and even had proper beds, plugs and wifi - backpackers who! Our highlight was evening cards in the yurt and learning games from Kazakhstan and Malaysia which we will be taking home to teach our friends.
Our guide Dana was wonderful, kind and knowledgeable and made the trip unforgettable for us - thank you!!
