This night market used to be one of the great highlights of any Penang holiday but unfortunately Covid-19 has had quite an effect on the number of stalls open each night, it is still well worth a visit but the number of stalls has reduced greatly (maybe only 20-30 now) but there are still many street food venders and restaurants all along the strip and these are all worth visiting. Hopefully the reduced numbers and variety is only a temporary mater and this wonderful institution will bounce back before long.
