Very, very huge mall so you can expect a wide variety of shops. There are also an indoor skydiving area and Camp5 for the adventurous.
Got lost trying to find specific places here; getting back to the train station took me about 20 minutes or more. The mall ceiling signs for the MRT were not clear nor consistent. Had to keep asking people for directions.
If you're getting here by train:
Take the train to Bandar Utama station. You'll enter via the entrance near the Sports Direct shop.
If you've bought the KLIA Expres ticket online and are headed to KLIA from here and want to commute via public transport (and have the time to do so):
From Bandar Utama station, take the train to Muzium Negara station (instead of what Google Maps tell you, which is KLCC station). Exit and walk to KL Sentral (there are clear signages to help you navigate there easily) where you can board the KLIA Expres train to the airport. The entire train journey from Bandar Utama is about 1.5 hrs but do give yourself sufficient buffer time.

A month ago today, Wednesday 26.10.22, Jack and I had a lovely dinner of Japanese Wagyu bbq steak in Yakiniku Kuro at One Utama.
The mall has a new extension and it’s as robust as ever and lots of shoppers around.
Felt really nostalgic as I thought of all the years before where I used to take my son when he was a kid to this mall to dine and shop. It still looks great and well maintained.
Highly recommended for family with children or couples to visit. Especially during Christmas or other festive season like Chinese New Year, Hari Raya or Deepavali.

Love the amount of shops in this building...actually i'm still not sure how many buildings are connected to this one. Maybe 2 or more? But just the fact that its connected gives it alot of variety. Its literally a shopping heaven. If you wish to really shop for an entire day or more and take it slow...and explore every nook and cranny of this mall then yes a day or more would be needed.

Mega mega mall where u can spend all day. So many shops and food outlets. Cinema, activities, spas and So much more. Very spacious So it doesn't feel congested. Great play area for kids too! We have been many times and we never get bored.

Even though lots of people but there’s a social distance between the crowd.

Visited this mall because Maybank's credit card centre is located here. Aeon supermarket is a star attraction with large variety of Japanese, Korean and Taiwanese foodstuff. Selections for meals to go are also huge. It is like being in a food court!
Not many people around because it was a working day coupled with MCO.
However I think they cranked up the temperature to save costs. I was just walking around leisurely and perspired profusely.

11 th largest shopping Centre in the world and wow, what an array of shops and restaurants. Loved the place, bought plenty and enjoyed myself immensely. A must for shop alcoholics and food lovers.

A great place to shop, dine & spend your weekends here with family /friends. One of the largest shopping complex I guess. Good accessibility be it from KL/PJ be it driving or by train.
I love this place as to the choices of Eatery/shops & activities that you can spend whole day in this complex. Sometimes I spend half of the day at the hotel next door just having coffee and enjoying the music and nice atmosphere.
Most important the experiences here is always good .

Hey! Nope, no charges. The rainforest is a small park within the mall where you can walk along the trees and perhaps see some fishes in the aquarium. But please don't feed them. :D
