If you have kids who like soldier stuff, vintage world war II tanks and retired Military aircraft, come visit the only Philippine Military Academy. The Museum for now is closed though and undergoing renovation. All safe as all these are seen al fresco.
Prepare for lots of walking. Bisita PMA QR code is needed as they limit the number of visitors per day due to the pandemic I suppose.
Souvenir stores are a paradise to those who want Soldier attire and paraphernalia.

This is a place where you can find and learn new things. The things that I mostly admire about this place is that, it has a deep background story which makes the place quite mysterious and curious. Stories that show how incredible our history is, the sacrifices that the soldiers done and how they survived such painful days. Whenever I go to this place I always see soldiers that are training and it makes my heart warm, because those soldier train hard for our country's safety.

we saw military tanks around the place. You can ride and take photos. Very peaceful place and guarded by military.

This place is good for a family visit. You can see a lot of attractions, observed how the cadet team trained and many more! Strolling within this vicinity is so majestic while enjoying the cool breeze of air!

I came in September, rainy season, and it sure rained a lot, but i saw what i wanted to see and i enjoyed my visit despite the rainy conditions, napakaulan sa Baguio!
I saw two military gardens, 1 with Planes, Helicopter, and the one i wanted to see had various heavy artillary, troop carriers, armoured cars, and tanks, including a Sherman tank which i found really cool. The 2 gardens are around a 10 -15 walk apart so be prepared, and around half way thereare places that sell food, souvenir shops, and a bathroom (CR). Be careful if buying clothes in the Philippines their sizes ARE different than Europe or USA. I heard that they are only open now on weekends, and also that Foreiners are not now allowed!??? So I would check on that before travelling. I think it was around 20 mins by taxi from the SM area of Baguio City.

PLEASE SHARE WITH YOUR FRIENDS WHO WANT TO VISIT Pilippines Military Academy. FOREIGNERS ARE NO NO LONGER ALLOWED ENTRY TO PMA! Today Jan. 5th 2020, My Flipino wife and her family and I were turned away at the entrance today because I am a foreigner. Can you believe that !? We have been visiting PMA numerous times over the last 4 years. What has changed? We were driving a brand new toyota and dressed in our best clothes. Turned away when the guard saw my face. He said Foreigner's are now considered a security risk!!

We visited this place after long drive with Filipino family . They didn’t allow us to enter. They said now this place is closed for foreigners 🤷♂️

The Philippine Military Academy (PMA) is open to the visiting public daily from 8:00 in the morning to 5:00 in the afternoon.
There is a 30 kph limit inside the camp.
Be mindful of camp rules and restrictions. Park only at designated areas.
PMA is a special higher education institution (SHEI). As such, visitors are requested to dress modestly and appropriately - do NOT wear slippers of any kind, very short shorts, sleeveless shirt (sando / sando-genji/ sando-ganji).

While there are lots of places to choose when it comes to discovering the strength we have in our country,i would say that Philippine Military Academy is one of the best to tap and get inspired by our military who undergo training in this wonderful place.

Ride a jeep from Burnham Park. Ask the driver to bring you inside the grounds because its first stop is still a long ways from the parade grounds. The jeep will go through its full route first before going back and drop you off near the parade grounds.
Military parade drills are held during weekends. We went there an hour earlier before the drills that started at 10:00 Am sharp. An hour earlier before the drills would give you time to explore the museum and the grounds open to the public and take souvenir pictures too. A smart casual attire is recommended. Closed shoes for men is a must.

Is pma very strict in dental exam? like open bites, edge to edge are they automatically disqualified?
Are Taxi cabs allowed inside the premise? We don't have a private vehicle and I noticed that it's a long walk to reach one destination to another.
