We’ve just returned from an amazing 3 weeks of a private trip in the Philippines. 9 hotels, 4 domestic flights and uncountable cars, ferries and boats transfers and islands hopping.
Everything, starting the complicated trip planing to the end of the beautiful trip was working like a lubricated machine without even one delay or a problem. This thanks to the EXCELLENT service of Jacob Malka, that took my so many requests to visit and places to see and prepared such a beautiful plan. The company operations department were also did so well, above our expectations.
I can only thank and be grateful to Tourismo Filipino. Kudos

שלום רב,
שבוע שעבר חזרתי מהפיליפינים לאחר 37 יום של מסע אשר אורגן בצורה מופתית על ידי חברת טוריסמו פליפינו.
ראשית ברצוני לציין את ארז אנקר, נציג החברה בארץ. ארז, ניחן במתן שירות לקוחות באופן מקצועי, בעל ידע רב, וכל זאת נעשה על ידו באופן מסביר פנים בנועם הליכות, בשקיפות מלאה, באופן מקצועי. וכל זאת תוך הקשבה ומסירות לצרכי הלקוח. ומתן שירות גם בעת שהייתי בפיליפינים, למרות הפרשי השעות. התברכה החברה בנציג לקוחות שכמותו.
היה זה טיול עצמאי, אשר יצאתי אליו כמטייל אחד.
זו הינה הפעם השלישית בה אני מארגן את תוכנית המסע לפיליפינים דרך חברת טוריסמו פליפינו. ובכל פעם באה לידי ביטוי הדאגה האכפתיות והמסירות של צוות עובדי החברה למען המטייל.
ראוי וחשוב לציין את העבודה המקצועית, העינינית, את המענה המהיר, והתמיכה, בכל שלב בזמן בנית המסלול, וכמו כן במהלך הטיול עצמו.
לאורך כל הטיול נבנתה מולי קבוצת ווטסאפ מאנשי צוות המשרד בפיליפינים, וכן גם ארז נציג החברה בארץ. קבוצת הווטסאפ עדכנה, בדקה, ו תמכה בכל אשר נתבקש על ידי במהלך הטיול, כאשר כל זה נעשה בסבר פנים טובות. התמיכה לוותה 7*24, כן, בכל שעה, היה מענה ענייני, מקצועי, ואדיב.
ברוררררררררררר, כי גם בפעם הבאה, הקרבה ובאה, אארגן את מסעי דרך החברה.

אני רוצה להודות לטוריסמו על הטיול המדהים בפיליפינים. אתחיל עם המזל הרע כשאיבדתי את התרמיל שלי עם הדרכונים והכסף כבר בתחילת הטיול. הודות לקייסיאן בלבר מהמשרד במנילה, אותר הנהג תוך דקות התרמיל הוחזר אלי. לאחר מכן המשכנו בטיול הנפלא. מבחינה לוגיסטית הכול היה מושלם לחלוטין. בכל פעם ובכל מקום שאנחנו עוברים מאי לאי או משתמשים בטיסת פנים, תמיד חיכו נציגים בחיוכים לפגוש אותנו ולדאוג לנו. האטרקציות בהן ביקרנו היו נפלאות. הטיול שתכנן יעקב היה רחב וכלל הרבה אטרקציות מדהימות ומקומות יפים. בסך הכל הייתי מאוד מרוצה. חזרנו הביתה עם אלפי תמונות שיזכירו לי תמיד את הסיפור של הפיליפינים.

Hello, I have been to the Philippines twice, and both times I used the services and advice of the agency TURISMO FILLIPINO.
Both times I was accompanied by the agent and owner Mr. YIFTACH VAKNIN - with caring professionalism while closely monitoring and controlling that we receive excellent service - and beyond.
Mr. YIFTACH VAKNIN organized the trip for us both times, and both times everything was clear and properly organized.
There was a case where I had to fly to the Philippines, and right before the flight I got infected with Corona.
In this case too, YIFTACH accompanied us, and he did everything he could to make the trip happen after my recovery.
The Philippines is amazing, and a trip to the Philippines with a company like TURISMO FILLIPINO makes the experience even more amazing!!!!!

We spend 15 days in Filipinos .The tour was perfect and as we designed it in any detail.We asked the top level of accommodation and they gave us perfect hotels and in good price(comparing with other agencies).Josh(the officer that I had the communication via mail)was ready every time(day and night)to inform us,to explain us and to help us for any questions about the tour.It is very reliable agency and I propose it undoubtedly !!!

שני זוגות כבני חמישים, מסלול של כ 17 ימים, בנינו לעצמנו מסלול מסויים ואז פנינו לטוריסימו – חזר אלינו יעקב.
הבחור הציל לנו את הטיול והפך אותו למושלם, מדהים וכל מה שבאמצע.
מסלול שתאם את מידתנו תוך חשיבה ניסיון וידע שלנו מן הסתם לא היה.
מלונות מדהימים באתרים ובאזורים שרק בעל ניסיון יכול לדעת.
ליווי צמוד, ווטסאפ לקבוצה כולל המשרד בפיליפינים עם מענה מידי לכל שאלה טענה או בעיה בטח בעידן של אחר הקורונה וההתאוששות.
לסיכום – טיול מעולה והמון תודות לטוריסימו וליעקב!
מומלץ מומלץ מומלץ.
הבחור הציל לנו את הטיול והפך אותו למושלם, מדהים וכל מה שבאמצע.
מסלול שתאם את מידתנו תוך חשיבה ניסיון וידע שלנו מן הסתם לא היה.

Josh planned my whole trip at very late notice. It was a fantastic trip and everything went very smoothly. All the logistics were taken care of and everyone was very punctual and pleasant. Hotels and tours were great and I received regular reminders from Ginmel to fill in the necessary forms for travel to different islands. Would have been quite a headache to organise the same trip by myself. Would definitely book with these guys again.

We got in contact with the agency all most at the last moment to plan a holiday for 5 people on the high season
They offered us the perfect plan for our needs

I have used Tourismo Filipino for every one of my out of the country trips. They make it so easy! I tell them the location I would like to go, what my price range is, and what amenities I need and they always come through. I am currently planning a destination wedding and they are making this so easy and taking away all the stress, I couldn't ask for a better business to handle one of the most important days of our lives.
