Manila Stay have good english, are friendly, have Paypal. When my cruise was cancelled and i had to cancel my airport Limo, they returned my payment promptly. From Geoff Smith in Sydney.

I have never been one to write a review but thought it was necessary because Manila Stay was always on time and took me exactly where I wanted to go for the best price I could find while my wife, daughter, and I were in the Philippines. I must admit, I was very nervous about hiring a driver and emailed them 20 times at least. However, they never failed to be courteous. Then when the day finally came, the driver was early and we had a great drive over 3 hours from Manila. When it was time for our return, the driver was there on time again to pick us up. I am very impressed and that is why I would recommend Manila Stay drivers services to anyone visiting the Philippines.

I've been in Philippines for the sea games 2019. During my stay I've used mariflor car service. Mr Rogelio is a very good driver, he knows everything here. That's the man!

Trustable and reliable drivers
We are very satisfied and defnitely recommend Manila Stay Drivers
Driving in Manila is just a nightmare
DO BUY a local sim card it was helpful for us
I managed all bookings in advance by email with Mariflor and everything allright
- At Airport arrival Rogelio had the pancard
- One time the driver arrived late because of terrific traffic jam, we were told via the phone w/ local sim card
Fares were clear, no surprise
Vehicles were OK and clean
Our drivers were Rogelio, Paul & Marc, courteous and nice
Mariflor was very reactive and helpful

Mariflor, Kuya Rogelio and Edicito. ALL great.
Mariflor - Top notch, amazing. My schedule was loose all the way to the actual days where I was figuring out where we were going and when. I was extremely difficult due to uncertainty with the scheduling with my family and which days we would go where. Mariflor was super understanding and helped us get the cars with the correct size needed at the right times, always sending us a driver when needed, well maintained cars, AIR CONDITIONED (necessary because of my 70+ year old parents + aunt and uncle) and even was able to help me get a driver when I was telling her my schedule the night before. I had something like 3-4 days in Metro Manila and 4-5 days out of town and Mariflor was able to coordinate the whole thing.
Kuya Rogelio is the driver you want. He's a people person. Always on time, super courteous and understanding, and overall just a great guy to be around. We had him for a majority of our trip and I'm super grateful. Felt like I had just another uncle / family member around and highly recommend him for everyone else. He helped us carry our bags, was always on time, always made sure to get well rested (we put him through the ringer of a busy schedule) and he still pulled it off. HIGHLY recommend Kuya Rogelio.
We also had the pleasure of having Edicito one of the days. Our fault completely, WE were two hours late coming downstairs (Filipino time at its finest). He was super understanding, also courteous and picked us up / dropped us off in the most convenient spots for us just like Kuya Rogelio.
Both drivers often helped us with our bags and even showed up to help us bring down luggage into the car when we didn't even ask. They're both super knowledgeable for Metro Manila and out of town in terms of routes and are overall great people to be around.
The service with the company overall is amazing as well. It helps gas, drivers fees and tolls are all rolled into the price because all you're paying at the end of the day is anything you prepaid + any overages in hours. The pricing structure is super straight forward whether you're from the Philippines, a balikbayan or even just someone from out of town looking for a pricing structure that isn't too fussy with too many variables. The price they tell you is the price you pay.
Go with this company. If there was one thing I did right on this trip, it's going with them. Mariflor, Kuya Rogelio and Edicito took the guessing out of traveling so we could just sit back and enjoy wherever we wanted to go.

We booked accomodation at 2 locations then found out that there was no simple/expedient transport options. Manila Stay proved to be the most cost and time effective option and provided a driver to take us from Manila to Bolinao (6 hour drive), then later from Bolinao to Pagsanjan/Caliraya (9 hour drive) and finally from Caliraya to the airport (2 hour drive). Rogelio (our driver) was always early and very obliging on each of the trips.

My first time with Manila Stay. I booked a car and driver for one whole day. The driver Rogelio was courteous and very skillful and kept me entertained as well, it is like being driven around by a good friend. I felt comfortable and safe the whole time. I will always use Manila Stay while in Manila.

Thanks to Mariflor for arranging my last minute pickup from NAIA Terminal 3 a day before our arrival when our original transport had issues. Raff, our driver was on time and helpful with our luggages. Will not hesitate to call them again next time! Highly recommended!

Manila Stay / Mariflor are excellent in delivering required services. We were able to visit Tagytay / Taal Lake, Corredigor Island, Subic Bay, Manila City Tour during our 6 Day Tour. Raff the driver was excellent in his driving skills & Philipine road knowledge. We were provided a good AC Car. We strongly recommend Manila Stay / Mariflo + Raff

We did a 5D/5N in Mt Pinatubo + Banaue/Sagada with Manila Stay
The recommended hotels were not really at the level expected for such a tour & tour price.
There were contradictions between package & instructions given to driver by tour agent, as well as some uncertainty about itinerary between driver & tour agent. These led to unpleasant discussions during the tour & back&forth with tour agency.
The driver eventually had to manage the tour as he could.
(and he had to sleep in the car... which surprises us considering what we paid, but is it a common practice?)

Thanks you for the feedback. Please allow me to address your concerns..
Firstly the hotels selected were the only available hotels on the dates of the tour. This was a long weekend during peak season, and the booking was confirmed 3 days before the tour date. As this is an extremely popular destination for tourists and locals we were lucky to be able to get anything available with the short notice.
Secondly we advised on the available hotels which were agreed to before confirming the booking. So again these were not recommended by us but the only available options. After the guest complained that they were not happy with the first night accommodation, we were able to find a better hotel available once in Banaue which was not available previously. This was paid by us in addition to paying the first hotel, no additional charge to the guest for booking, and paying for two rooms on the same date. So please give some credit where due.
There was no contradiction or uncertainty between the schedule and inclusions provided.. The guest decided they once again wanted to change hotel from the scheduled Sagada hotel on the last night, and thought we should drive them back to Banaue, and again pay for an additional night at the hotel instead of the agreed upon hotel in Sagada. The driver had to keep on explaining that it's not possible and if they wanted to change the whole schedule that they would be required to pay for the new hotel this time. They did not trust our judgement regarding travel time back to Clark airport for their return flight and thought it would be better to go from Banaue. We arrived in Clark 5 hours before the scheduled flight and proved additional car hire service around Clark free of charge, so that they would not have to sit around waiting at the airport for hours!
All inclusions, tours and itineraries were done exactly as agreed.. The only slight issue was on the first day breakfast at the hotel, and lunch on the Mt. Pinatubo tour were not included, and the client had to pay for it themselves. which we reimbursed. There were no contradictions on our part, the problem was the client wanting to change the schedule completely, and always complaining about how much was paid to the driver (See above). The driver then having to explain all the costs associated with providing the service. We actually gave a very good package deal with two nights and two days extra on top of our regular package, including the Mt Pinatubo tour. With only a 10% increase on the rate of the standard 4 day/3 night tour.
The driver is not forced to sleep in the car.. We give the drivers a nightly out of town allowance, which is more than enough to cover their meals, accommodation and additional salary. On occasion the driver will opt to stay in the car and save on their personal expenses, so as to increase their remaining income. I believe in this case also due to the limited availability on the long weekend this was his only alternative.
Apologies that you were not happy with the tour, but I think your review is a bit harsh considering we did everything as agreed beforehand.

Hi How much is your fee?
1. pick up from Ninoy Intl airport ..time 8/28 11:10P.M.
2. 2 passengers
3. 5 luggages..3 big 0nes and 2 medium ones.
4. need a van for convenient purposes.
5. drop off....Shangri la hotel.
Please advise. you are highly recommended

We are arriving in Manila on April 7 2017. We are staying at the Diamond Residence in Makati. We are interested in costs for airport pick up and delivery to airport on April 10.
