I have been here in April 2014 during my tour of Japan. I really wanted to dress up as a geisha for one day so I started looking on the Internet for a studio. Luckily, the girl who guided us on a Tokyo tour helped me to find a good one. In particular, I wanted my boyfriend to be able to be with me during the make up and dressing so he could take pictures. Not many of the studios I contacted allowed this. Yurie booked the geisha makeover for me. The place is quite difficoult to find for a foreigner (I guess it would not if you can read and speak Japanese!) so I got there nearly 30 mins late but there was no problem. A girl (who could speak English) did my makeup, then a different one dressed me. I got to pick my kimono among a lot of beautiful silk robes. The result was stunning! After they took some professional pictures in a place nearby (which they print for you) and I went for a walk and some other pictures with my boyfriend (you can stroll around for 1 hour max). The cost was Y 13.500 (around € 100). I really really enjoyed it!
