I stayed at EQ for three nights and for my last night treated myself to a two hour massage with Fify. She was amazing and really tailored the massage to what I wanted which was a bit extra on my feet hands and head. She even massage my stomach which was new for me and probably grate for my internal organs! I would highly recommend if you want to treat yourself, I’m really enjoying spending money on experiences over things. At the end, I was offered some delicious ginger tea to chill before heading out to get something to eat.

I had a fantastic 60mins facial done by Sha. The plant based Babor products were so gentle on my skin. I highly recommended to one's that need to recharge and rejuvenate the skin.

I just wish I could bring ‘Sha’ home with me! 🥰 She was soooo sooooo good! It’s been a very long time I had this type of relaxing massage. She was a very respectful, flexible and sweet lady. I felt so comfortable with her. She gives her best to her work. Her massage is one of the things I will go back to Malaysia for! Thank you so much for your amazing service! I am so missing your head massage as I have a headache today 😕 Keep doing the magical work! Wish you all the very best ❤️
**They have sauna room, steam bath, gym, monsoon shower, infinity swimming pool and a vitality pool to use too. They will provide you a locker with water, towel and bathrobe. They have changing rooms, shower place, toilets and washing area. The place is very clean and private. Separate area for female and male. Their food and drink is nice too. All the other staff members are very kind and helpful too. Just go there an hour early and try these. You will leave relaxed and happy 😁

Good pool but not very many loungers. Arshad was very helpful sorting out the umbrella! Service was great from everyone.

Not many loungers at the pool. However, the pool is a lovely area and the service was great, particularly from Arshad. A shame you couldn’t order coffee or wine. Very limited menu.

Had a lovely stay at EQ. Went to the gym as a beginner and was welcomed by a friendly gym staff, Suffee. He gave me some pointers for me to start working out. The gym is also well equipped and not make you feel intimidated working out there.
