No. There is no such facility. Normally people use regular saloon and then arrive at the temple for worship. This is a small temple right in the town.

The Temple is in the middle of the very congested area of Chinatown in the older part of Kuala Lumpur. Whether or not there may be parking, I would definitely advise not trying to drive there. Leave the car at your hotel and take a taxi or public transportation.

Normally all the Hindu temples open around 5.30 am in the morning and closes at 1 PM and again reopen at 4 in the evening and close at 8.30 PM. And this applies to the maha mariamman temple also if I am sure. Regarding Abishekam and all contact the temple administration.
