Elora should be re-evaluated , she clearly has poor communication skills and is dedicated more to her own ego than she is to providing a good experience for her customers.
On the flip side, Brenda was an amazing server and Debbie was lovely helping us to get set-up.
In addition your 24 hour cancellation policy is a scam, especially on a Saturday night. Do better and hire better, Top Golf. I won’t be back.

I found that the staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. It is kind of expensive, but overall a good experience.

My wife, son and his girlfriend enjoyed some time together after eating dinner at a local restaurant. We paid $25 for a reservation to play at 7:30 p.m. The website explained that a reservation moves you to the top of the list and does not guarantee that start time (like a tee time in real golf). We arrived at 7:20 and didn't get a bay until 7:40 even though there appeared to be several available and not a lot of people waiting. Had a good time and playing was fine, the reservation fee was not a benefit for us.

Went for an afternoon visit. Had found top golf on a list of things to do near dallas before and thought we would give it a try. Neither of us has been golfing before so we weren't sure exactly what to expect.
The staff walked us through setting everything up and explained how the games themselves worked. We had a lot of fun even though we weren't very good and plan to bring the kids on the next trip!

My brother and I checked this attraction out while I was visiting. The staff were very friendly and helpful to this out of state newby. Set me up with an account fast and easy and accounts are good nation wide. We went to our assigned station and commenced having a blast hitting balls (yes they do have lefty clubs) and enjoying beer and some aps. Super friendly and fast service. Hitting to target areas instead of just smacking the ball adds a whole new dimension to practicing or just hitting for the heck of it. A tad more expensive than a normal range but you get sooo much more...

The staff was very informative and helpful. We didn’t feel rushed bust felt taken care of. Loved the wings for a snack and the Kentucky mules for a beverage!

Been here before.. But this time we did VIP For my sons 21st birthday... Here's what I got for the extra 60 bucks... A meat and cheese tray...cookies..and bottled water.... Same cramped tables...same mediocre service... Save your money...

Our group of 17 went to Top Golf on a Friday afternoon. We arrived at 4:00 p.m. and were able to rent 2 bays without a wait. I was surprised at how cheap it was, only $45 an hour for each bay. We had numerous buckets of beer and ordered every flatbread on the menu, all of which were delicious. The waiters and waitresses were wonderful. We had a blast and will definitely go again. My only complaint were with the automatic scorers, they only record 6 people scores so we had to double up. One of the automatic scorers didn't accurately record our scores. We didn't care because we were just out to have fun but if your group is competitive it could be a problem.

I brought the family here for an evening of fun just to see if they might enjoy golf. Boys are 8,11&17 and each of them really enjoyed themselves. The youngest two had never golfed but picked up the basics pretty quick and enjoyed hitting into the yellow zone. We only had drinks while we played but I’ve had food in the past. I recommend the Mooshi (however you spell it). Good stuff.

I went to top golf to celebrate my sister and best friend birthday. We have a great time. If you are looking for a fun birthday gift, I would say to get a ticket to the top golf. The staffs are amicable, and all the atmosphere is just lovely. I would recommend going in the evening because it is much beautiful to see at night with all the different light settings.

What is the ideal number of clubs to bring?

They provide clubs (mens, ladies, and even lefties) at each bay, plus you can also request additional clubs. Their sets include a wedge, every-other iron (and the alternates are in the bay opposite you), one or two hybrids, a 3-wood, and a driver.
If you want to bring your own clubs, you certainly can. There are some club racks at each bay so you can bring a few clubs or your whole bag.
The closest targets are 25-yard pitches, followed by a 60-yard, 90, 125, 150, and I believe the farthest targets are 200. There is also a back wall target that is 250+.
