Husband got sick the whole trip no one came by to Assistant him. He said the beer was hot. This was our second time. Don’t know if we will return.

The most horrible experience I've ever had... not just on the water... but in my entire life.
Jacks or Better Casino appears to be a ghetto boat with very lazy and don't give a damn type staff.
Nothing about the trip/boat is attractive... the food is trash. One black worker cooking and running around trying to serve the food on all floors. The captain went out into the waters/big waves way too fast and caused 8o% 0f the passengers to suffer sea sickness. It was six in my crew and we all threw up (vomited) for 5 hours out of the six hour trip. The air conditioning on the boat went out and we were absolutely miserably. I wouldn't wish this trip on my worst enemy if I had one. Take my advice... don't go.
P.S. It would really be nice to refund my money because this was horrible. We played no games had no drinks and trashed the wings after seeing them.

We waited an hour and a half for two cheese burgers as did others. It's listed as a six hour cruise but we had just under 3 hours to play. Not worth it!

We came down Sat night 4/28/18 for a hair stylist convention and had a great time! Boat was smaller than I'd anticipated but was fun, and I left with more than I came with so that's a plus! Staff was great ! And karaoke on top deck heading home was fun time!

Food wait time is over 1 hour and it's cold by the time you get it. If you ask for it to be remade, the server gives an attitude. We where a party of eleven and every one couldn't order at the same time cause the food wait was too long.
Motion pills/patches should be complimentary for the sake of keeping the vessel clean from vomit. There was some on the floor from passengers.
Other them this I had a next time and will travel again but not often of the above was improved.

Small boat, but good fun and people. We did not win much, but the overall trip was fun and you can't beat the price. Took our son for his 18th bday. It was a nice experience to let him have his first gambling experience as an official legal adult. The seas were calm when we went and we took dramamine based on the other reviews, had no negative effects. Will definitely be back again.

I received a call offering us a free trip. We booked last year adding my mother and sister. We didn't go since my sister went in to heart failure. Instead of the free trip, be were 'rebooked for four'. When I called about being charged, she was extremely rude. Customer Service??? We have never been on a trip with them and they're sending me emails to thank us and rate our trip???

It was a horrible experience! The boat rocked viciously the entire way there and the entire way back. Out of the minimal amount of people on the boat actually gambling, half of them were sick. It was terrible and I'll never get that 8 hours of my life back again. Don't trade places with what I've been through! Just go to Louisiana if you want to gamble!!

About an hour prior to departure is fine. We were never told by anyone representing the company to throw anything into the water....I don't know what prompted the comment from one of the contributors and I seem to recall being told not to do so.

I have att. Only had service at the beginning and ending. I would not recommend this company to anyone They have no regard for the ocean and marine life.
I want to gamble not interested in sight seeing how much does it cost for 2 adults and what time tomorrow dies the boat leave out and how long do you stay out

Very much like the land casinos all over. $5 and $10 minimums. The one thing I did notice is that there were a lot more winners than in regular casinos. That was contrary to my expectations.
