Good playing indoor place for cold days. perfect in winter season. good for toddlers only. not a big place but good for 2 hours.

The puddled playgrounds and tick infested knee-high grass sent us searching for alternatives for an active 3-year old. After an online search for indoor playgrounds, the price and large gross motor equipment Chibis offers seemed like a place worth checking out. We were right. Unsurprisingly, the entrance greets its patrons with small children in disagreement with their parents' announcement to leave such a happy place. The decor is quite kid-friendly, as one might expect, with bright but tasteful colors. I appreciate the effort to keep things sanitary with the sock rule, hand sanitizers, separate eating area, and roomy and accommodating restrooms. Pleasantly quiet on a Wednesday afternoon, the cool calm and well-appointed seating for adults was a welcome sight. The best part of Chibis is that siblings older than 8 can accompany a worn out adult for free to keep youngsters climbing and recreating. Oh, and adults are free, too! Bring your lunch and have a moms meeting with young ones in tow and pleasantly occupied. They offer memberships for unlimited use, but if you want to just take a test-drive, drop in for just $10 a child <8 yrs for all-day play. I LOVE that they don't charge for adults.

First time here but I must say, I was a little skeptical at first until we walked in with my 13 months old son. Entrance way is very clean and you are greeted with a warm welcome by the front desk attendant. The facility is very clean and well equipped with lots play options/area. Wipes and sanitizer were readily available everywhere. Very comfortable play areas and benches for parents to supervise. Overall, this is a must visit and they have set a standard for how indoor playground should operate. We will definitely visit again.

Young man working the front didn't greet us, told us we didn't read the sign about taking off our shoes before entering. Got mad at us. This is know way to speak to a mom with a young child. I was so offended. They also don't sanitize this play area or toys, and I know this because we came in right when they first opened, all of the play food was all over the place, and trucks and cars. Nothing was cleaned or put away. Extremely disgusting treating people this way, and not caring about health.

Your experience at Chibis last week is definitely not what we strive to offer our customers, as perhaps some of your previous visits and many other customers' posted reviews and comments illustrate. I am looking into the details surrounding the date/time of your visit (speaking with employees, reviewing CCTV footage, etc.) to ensure that this never happens again and will follow up soon.

My daughters and I were traveling through the area and needed a place to stretch our legs and imaginations after a long road trip (and with several more hours to go). Chibis was the perfect place! We could even have a snack or lunch that we packed in their eating area. I didn't want to go to a park--too much sand/dirt to take back into the car on our road trip, so Chibis was a great option. The play areas kept my 2 1/2 year old entertained the entire 2 hours we were there. My 7 month old was happy to play with small toys and watch all the activity. I loved that there was a space dedicated to the crawlers and sitters AND that the older kids had a great play area, too! I'll go back again if we travel through again! Note: all guests have to wear socks! If you don't have any, they will sell you a pair for $1

We have taken our seven year old to Chibis several times both in winter and summer when outdoor playgrounds aren't feasible. The place is always very clean (thank you!) and the equipment looks well maintained and safe. Great place to have your kids burn off some energy for a couple of hours. Very reasonable pricing as well.

Visiting united states these days and due to winter took my son to this indoor play area he is 4 years old, its nice place clean and too many things to keep the kids busy.

I had a party here with a lot of guest that never been here. The parents were yelled at for not taking off their shoes. These are parents just sitting around, not playing. They were never told at the front. I was in the front when the kids were viewing the security cameras, they were going off about the shoes. One of them went in the back and just screamed at everyone. No one knew what he screamed.
The two people from Chibis seemed distracted and only did things when I asked. It was very disorganized and I would not have another party here. The person at the front desk kept telling me that he would take care of things, but never did. We ended up setting up, politely asking parents to take their shoes off, after apologizing for the attendant there. We ended up cleaning up and gathering all the gifts ourselves. We had help from family members to bring the gifts out to the car.
They could have cared less and I'm a easy going person. I made the best out of it and the party was not cheap. It was not we were sold.

I liked Chibis because the indoor jungle gym is big enough for the parents to get up there to help or just play with their kids. It's clean and the staff was friendly and helpful.

Our neighbors invited us here when our grandkids were in town. They had so much fun and wanted to stay longer. Great find!
