I had the best experience ever with Mariana! She is such a professional and kind human being. I made a mistake while booking my handgliding and even tho it was too late for me to get a refund with the policy of the website she was really comprehensive and did everything to fix it!! I recommend 100% to deal with her for your handgliding experience! She’s the best!! Thanks again Mariana

Mariana explained everything ahead of the flight.

My pilot Maurisio was fabulous made me feel safe and we had fun on the flight.

A once in a lifetime experience I'll never forget thank you all so much.

IMPECÁVEIS! Foram muito atenciosos em tudo, desde o atendimento pelo Whatsapp até o momento do vôo. Todos da equipe foram muito profissionais e receptivos conosco.
Com relação ao vôo, a experiência é maravilhosa! Me senti muito segura o tempo inteiro com o instrutor. Farei novamente com certeza!

Flying is super easy!
It was amazing! The pilot has lot of experience and it explains everything! Love the experience and the adrenaline!! Best views!!!

Avsolument magique! Pure magic!
What can I say? It was flabbergasting, no words can express the joy of flying over São Conrado and so close to the Pedra da Gávea. Renato is a kind, fun but very responsible and experienced pilot. His wife, Mariana is extremely helpful and of good advice. Both are very professional and you can trust them without doubt to make you live an extraordinary experience.
Quant à Rio, faire un tour en aile delta est un must : le faire avec Renato est un plaisir en toute tranquillité et confiance. Nous étions 4: toute une famille. Avons passé un moment magique grâce à Renato et Mariana. Merci and thank you a thousand times!
PS: Renato speaks english and french!

Já tinha voado outras vezes com o Renato... é sempre bom de mais...um cara super honesto.... um cara experiente profissional..sempre transmite paz tranquilidade...isso foi importante para eu ter feito 4 vôos com ele....os vôos foram top de mais e já estou me programando para o quinto...vale apena a experiência sou cadeirante e gostei de sentir essa emoção muita Adriana...eu super recomendo o Renato e a Mariana.

Weather Cancellation. Easy Full Refund.

Due to weather I was unable to do the hang gliding.

I am writing this review for anyone that is worried about what the cancellation policy is. Due to the nature of the trip and the importance of the weather to do the activity, you have to check with the company about two hours before your start time. They will then tell you if the weather is safe to 'fly'. Our booked time was at 8am and the weather was not good. We were told that we can check back in a couple of hours to see if the weather gets better. The weather did actually get better and we had the option hang glide on the same day, but a few hours later, and unfortunately that did not work with our schedule so we had to decline the new hang gliding time.

This did not affect our refund in any way. The company completely understands that the weather in unpredictable, and if due to the weather you are not able to do the activity, you will get a full refund. I got an email confirmation within minutes of telling Mariana (the sales associate) that we need to cancel.

Don't be afraid, book with them if this is something you want to do.

Excellent!
Weather cooperated finally with strong wind today. I was able to do it with this company. These guys are good and professional. The view from flight was amazing. A must-do in Rio!
