I went with my sister and my Portuguese cousins (couple) and those who chose to know the aquarium. From the animal's point of view, there's no way not to like and get excited with them, although personally I have my doubts whether the spaces are enough for the larger species, such as the bear, sharks, seals, kangaroos. The note 3 is for the visitation space, it's small, I went on the day 06/01, people are barred all the time and the visitation script is confused, the feeling I have is that they are "puxadinhos". And my comparison base is with the Aquarium of Lisbon and Madrid. And I appreciate that SP deserves to have an aquarium that judges Brazilian and foreign visitors.

I thought it was very expensive, but the place is big and has a lot to do with it, everyone looks for the bear. The same very expensive food, easy to get from anywhere

This is the 4th time I take my grandchildren to the aquarium and I noticed quite a difference from the last visit: it seemed to me kind of abandoned, in decay... The mermaid is now paid, the bear wasn't there. Evitem...

Expensive entrance and yet, $15 to see the dinosaurs (not worth it) and $30 to see the mermaid (not angry) the structure has potential, but the informative totens are bad and time-consuming...and all this would be hit if the poor quality of the structure of the nurseries were not. Dirty glasses, muddy water, and a lot of blind spots (and I'm not talking about the torches), "hiding" the animals. Summary: I spent a fortune, barely saw the animals and spent rage inside because of more expenses. Never again.

The place is quite interesting, starts a little tumultuous, pq the entrance hallway is tight, stays crowded until the first large tank, then the more modern spaces become more spacious. The aquariums are the chief car, but hj is a mini zoo, with kangaroo, suricate, lemur, etc. I only found that it is necessary to improve the structure at the exit, VC comes out by a backdoor and everyone is in the middle of the street waiting for Uber or taxi, they could do something more pleasant for people to wait for transportation.

Appearance of abandoned, needs revitalization. In the box office don't accept credit, popcorn machines don't work, servants of the diners are in a bad mood. Dinosaur ride (pay the part) completely graceless and fast. Positive point: Careful and caring educators with children . Won't come back

The aquarium is pretty legal.
Other than that, there's still the animal part like it's zoological. Everything very carefully.

Summary: Company refuses to accept half student entry.
I am a student and the Aquarium of São Paulo refused to accept my student identification and to grant 50% reduction in entrance payment, in disobedience to LEI No 12.933, OF 26 DECEMBER DE 2013, and obliging me to pay the full entrance price.
SP Aquarium does not accept half-entry payment by means of student identification document, student portfolio.
The SP Aquarium, by unilateral imposition of this provider, does not accept half student entry.
SP Aquarium is a leisure and entertainment attraction, where people see fish and other animals, in an entertaining, leisure, educational and scientific character.
On 17/11/2024, I went to SP Aquarium, but for admission payment my student identification was refused, and they refused to grant 50% reduction for admission to student, violating the LEI No. 12.933, DE 26 DE DECEMBRE DE 2013.
I was embarrassed and had to pay the full price of the entrance, general price to all people, of R$ 120,00.
I believe that, more than consumer abuse, there was immediate breach of the law, the LEI No. 12.933, OF 26 DECEMBER 2013.

Geralmente tem. São 2 sereias que se revesam em horários específicos, tipo a cada 30 min. Vc ligar lá e confirmar com eles direitinho!! 😉
